Kotor, gelap, resepsionis menemui tamu tidak sopan krn menggunakan handuk dan tdk pakai baju, hotel tidak jelas, kami sudah payment tp sampai hotel ternyata sudah tdk kerjasama dengan tiket. Com, proses refund jg ribet, pokoknya sangat buruk kwalitas dan pelayanan hotelnya

Hotel lama.. furniture hotel sudah kuno dan berdebu.. kamarpun sudah jelek. Plafon di kamar sudah rusak dan bolong, bantal kecil di tempat tidur bau nya yaa ampuun, ga pernah diganti/di cuci sarung bantalnya sepertinya. Selimutnya tipis, bukan bedcover. Sandal hotel hanya dikasih 1. Kamar mandi banyak keraknya. Air panas ada jam2 nya, tidak bisa digunakan 24 jam (baru nemu hotel yg air panasnya ada jam nya). Menu sarapan tidak variatif, yang kosong tidak di isi lagi. Datang sarapan jam 8 sudah banyak yg kosong, padahal tamu tidak ramai. Lorong2 hotel menuju kolam renang kotor berdebu, tidak terawat. Kolam renangpun tidak terawat. Rumput2 sekitar kolam tinggi2.
