First in early October 2019 and second in early November 2019. The staff was chatty and friendly and they made us feel safe through typhoon alibis. The room was adequate soundproof so we could never hear our neighbours, but on our second stay, we were facing the train station and could hear the trains coming and going. The noises from that were never loud enough to stop us sleeping, so I wouldnt consider it a problem. The decor is oldfashioned, but the rooms are pleasant, quite clean and comfortable, even though we noticed some dust in corners and behind the to. The hotel is in a great location, directly opposite Senei Kota station. Its best for places like Akihabara, but most tourist sites are about an hour, which is to be expected for a place as big as Tokyo. Senseikota itself is a nice town, and the hotel is close to several convenience stores and a sensei Kota Craft Bottleshop, which is well worth a visit if you get the chance. You can also walk to Kota itself, which is much larger and has plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money, and I wouldn

The hotel is clean and the train station is right outside the hotel. Free coffee and microwave. The staff is great too. The best thing is that it is close to Naritai airport. Local and non-staff trains to Naritai.

I spent less than two weeks at the Sky Heart Hotel Kota last winter. I was eager to get settled in the hotel and relax before traveling to Tokyo after having endured 30 hours of travel and several layovers. In a quiet, traditionally built area of Tokyo, sky heart hotel Kota is set just a few minutes by walking distance from Shinkoiwa station. Within a short walk are open-air markets, shrines, beautiful gardens, and a number of small eateries and stores where you can buy food and other goods. Wherever youre located, 711, Dawson, and Family Mart are all a few minutes away. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice front desk agent. When dealing with my Japanese language proficiency, he was very polite and was able to communicate much of the checking procedure in English. Tokota station, a short 1520 minute stroll will take you there if you want to explore more local areas. Although the rooms are quite small, traveling alone or with a companion shouldn't be a drawback. If you are looking for a convenient bite to eat, the hotel has a restaurant right next to the lobby. The only issue you could have with this hotel is how far it is from Tokyo's more touristy and exciting areas. Shibuya typically takes 35 40 minutes

In edogawa, the sky heart hotel is located in east of Tokyo. We chose to walk 15 minutes to kota station, which will take you to akihabara 15 minutes and other central tokyo districts. The staff was incredibly welcoming and could speak both Japanese and English. In the hotel lobby, a staff member is available around the clock. We just needed a place to sleep and no fancy amenities, so the rooms are perfect for us. We had nothing to complain about the service, which was excellent. The hotel even has a small restaurant, free wifi, air conditioning, new towels, razors, and toothbrushes are supplied every day, and there is a washing area on the third level. Sky heart hotel might be a great choice if you're looking for a small, comfortable room at a fair price with all the amenities you could need for a place to sleep. There weren't any problems, we had a good time.

The location of this hotel is very close to the city center, so it is not far from all tourist attractions and the rooms are a good size and have a shared microwave, vending machines, and washing machine. However, the weather here was so unpredictable, the staff here were so helpful, quiet, and warm. The place is also nice and quiet, as the typhoon Alibis hit Tokyo in October. The room size was big.

The hotel is situated three minutes walking from Shinkoiwa Station on the Or Sob Line, which has direct connections to Naritai, Shizuku, and Tokyo stations. Take the North Exit from Shinkansen Station, turn right, walk about 50 yards, and the hotel is across the main street. A few steep steps lead to the entryway next to a restaurant where guests may have breakfast. Id say its a typical Japanese business hotel. A small room with a bathroom lots of hot water, a kettle, a hair dryer, a small fridge, and a working free fi. The room was tidy, though it is approaching a point where repair is probably soon planned. Very polite and not much English, but that was not the exception. There are a few supermarkets nearby and restaurants that serve Japanese, Indian food, and a good pizza restaurant directly across the station exit. Several other restaurants and a busy shopping path near the south exit. Overall, I had a good stay and found the price to be acceptable for what I got. If I need to stay in the same area, Ill return to the Shinoiwa Park Hotel.

I traveled on a karate training journey in a room alone. It was wonderful to see a smoking room installed as opposed to an open smoking area in the foyer after I stayed there three years ago. Very handy motel, very close to Shinkiowa Station, within walking distance of an excellent supermarket, and a sometimes overwhelming assortment of restaurants and eateries. There is a restaurant downstairs. I have yet to try it. Free unlimited WiFi from my room allowed me to tune into some English speaking content, as most, if not all, is in Japanese. Which is fun to watch without understanding some shows. There are plenty of powerpoints, but if you are travelling to Japan for the first time and are looking for an adaptor, remember to choose one with two vertical plugs only and not one with an additional round plug. The rooms are small but very clean, with a shower, bath, and electronic toilet in the raised bathroom. The toiletries include a disposable razor, cream, toothbrush, and toothpaste because it is a business hotel. If you choose to wear it, there is also a bedcloth. The bed was firm but very comfortable. However, if you are not used to rice believe filled pillows, it might be worthwhile to take one of your own. Drinking water is acceptable. There is a microwave downstairs, and there are vending machines in the laundry with staples like noodles

The room was clean but looks a bit old. The ambulance and police cars outside were very loud.

The hotel's location on the main road was fortunate because it is very close to the subway station. The convenience store was directly across the street. When we needed a late-night snack, the convenient store was also helpful. There was no noise, even though it is on the main road. The neighborhood is busy but calm and safe. Checking was also quick and simple. Free and quick WiFi. The size of the room is our only drawback, which we believe is not uncommon in Japan. However, it is clean and compact and a little small. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even though they are a little bit inexperienced. Because we were traveling with small children, they even allowed us to use the staff entrance instead of going up and down a flight of stairs. The nearby subway station is only a few stations away from the city center so you are not forced to experience the bustle of the city but remain convenient and accessible. Around the hotels, there are numerous eateries with decent selections at a reasonable price. Even in the middle of the night, we feel secure walking around. The next time we visit Tokyo, we will stay here again.
