I recommend this place. This old-fashioned hotel has carpets on the floor. They served delicious breakfast and dinner and I had a great time. The restaurant has a pool. It was wonderful. The wifi in this place is not working well. My problem with electricity was with the reception staff, and they assigned me a technician, who fixed it right away. The service and friendliness in this place are both enjoyable.

I recommend it. The location is near the balloons. This place is close to the hotel. This hotel is a good choice. When I arrived at this hotel, I realized everything was new and had been completely renovated, including the elevator, new furniture in the rooms, the walls, the terrace, the indoor pool, the facilities of the room, the cleanliness of the room, and then the cleanliness of the rooms, in the room, the room, the facilities and towels, they clean the room every day and change towels, however, they do not have a balcony. The food is tasty and broad. Drinks and water are not included in the chalkboard.

1.Small room compared to average japan hotel. If you want bigger room, pay 6000 yen more per night 2. No wifi. The receptionist said that the wifi is one and the problem is in my phone and thats it. No solution 3. No complimentary morning coffee 4. No complimentary sugar 5. No complimentary mineral water 6. If you need hot water you must walk along the corridor in the middle of the night just to get free hot water from the water dispenser. Only hot water, no cold water. Pay 150 yen for cold water at the vending machine. 7. Bad air con. My air con suddenly shut down and we can't turn it on. Luckily we visit japan in cold weather, imagine if you come at summer season. 8. Location is not that great. Train station under the hotel is subway station and if you are using JR pass you have to walk 650 meter to the nearest JR station. 9. Near kabukicho the red light district of Shinjuku. Imagine if you visit japan with your children. 10. The hotel try to trick us to get free coupon 500 yen per night if you dont want the room to get cleaned and no amenities replaced. The 500 yen coupon can only be used in the hotel restaurants and you cant buy anything with the coupon. Even a cup of coffee is 650 yen.

Hotel surrounded by plenty of good food resto; department store; 5 mins walking distance to Shinjuku Sta which from there we can go to many places, easy transportation; Small room, limited amenities.. room only good for max 2 people; Overall is good👍🏼

the location so strategic near shin-okubo station (which is good) but the room so small. there was kitchen on basement but so dirty. you need a long time to swith on the heater (this is so bad for winter)

Location wise - it is quite okay considering it is near to the South Exit of Shinjuku - which has elevator. However, we need quite a bit of walk - considering we have baby - we need to spare at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled train departure. The walk to the train station itself took around 12-15 minutes. The hotel provides a good range of service i.e. laundromat, however everything you need always comes with a cost. nothing is free here. one thing that i dislike about the hotel : which i think it is crucial is when they clean the bathroom it was not thorough. whenever i open the bathroom door - i could always smell pee lingering. i tried to shower the floor few times but it just didnt work . Given the strong smell, i was pretty sure the cleaner should have realized it and hoped they will perform a better cleaning. we stayed for 5 nights - we thought they will clean it , but it didnt until the last night.
