We had a great stay at this place. Onsen was nice, snacks are also provided. It is just the hotel is really minimal on staff.

Seperti rumah Jepang pada umumnya terdiri hanya 2 lantai kebetulan kami di lantai bawah lokasi cukup sepi terlebih malam, di depan ada sekolah anak2 yang mungkin karena krisis corona jadi di tinggalkan walaupun terlihat dari luar semunya masih baik. Rumah relatif bersih dengan 2 kamar berdampingan dengan sekat pintu geser ala Jepang dimana 1 tempat tidur dengan 2 futon di tatami dan 1 kamar dengan 2 ranjang kasur terpisah, dapur dan meja makan lengkap dengan perlatan dan juga kompor gas serta kulkas. Wc terpisah dengan kamar mandi dan juga ada mesin cuci baju dan tersedia juga sabunnya lengkap. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta Kinugawaonsen sekitar 3 menit jalan kaki dan juga area makan serta ada minimart Lawson sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki cukup baik dan dekat kemana2 di daerah sekitarnya.

I was a cheap person, but when I went to the place, tried their onset and the buffet, everything I could say was WOW. A foreigner like me will never forget it. I stayed here for one night with my wife and motherinlaw. There are many futons in the room, which is either double or singlesize beds. Since my wife asked that I experience roman style, I choose the futon over the tatami. I had the best night's sleep ever, probably also owing to the introduction bath before slumber. After dinner, a buffet meal, and I had my seafood cravings, especially crab, satisfied. There are many free beverages options, but the majority of the food is good and well-prepared. Breakfast is delicious as well. There are more free beverages than there are, including sushi, Chinese, and Western options. You must transition into the traditional Japanese clothes that the hotel provided if you're staying. There is wifi in the room, but it is in the lobby. There is no wifi in the room, but there is. The amenities include an entrance, a swimming pool, and table tennis, but if you want to play, call the front desk if you want to play. There is no mixed bath at the onset, but one of the two has an outdoor onset, but one has this golden bathtub. And, yes, it's

A very large traditional Japanese hotel. Large rooms with houston beds and tatami floors. Low table and chairs. Very lovely mountain view from the room. Very large Hansen, traditional hot springs divided into men and women. Excellent Japanese supper with sashimi and self-cooked meat and rice. Breakfast was noisy and crowded.

The positive sides are the nice surroundings and the great location, and not too far from the train station, plus the employees and the pleasant atmosphere. This hotel is large and a lot of fun for kids. But the room smelled strongly of smoke, which was disgusting. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The employee was so friendly and caring. The checking process was fast, and they brought us welcome drinks in the lovely lounge. The hotel also has an onset, an indoor pool with a slide, an outdoor pool that is shallow enough for lounging and facing the valley, and a slide. It was a big bath with so many superb baths. The sauna closed due to corona. The changing rooms were extremely roomy and spotless. Also, they have a game room. Although the meal is not the main attraction at mizazuki, it was alright. The odd thing was when I informed a woman on the staff at breakfast that they had run out of hot tea, she replied that there was no more. I'm not sure if she was just lazy or the tea was out. The room was spacious and well-decorated, but there was an understated smell of smoking. Disgusting, I'm not sure why the hotel still permits smoking to demolish their property. Our trip ended after this.

This hotel is a big hotel that is suited to those who want to stay at an O'clock. It's close to the station. The O'clock room is quite big. The light smoke smell and the line at the buffet are the negative things about this hotel. This is my second time staying here and it has improved. The staff is now more friendly. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 3 is because the value is good for the price.

We loved our visit and can't wait to return. This was our first visit to Nikki with our two young kids and we were really impressed with Russ Carlson. The hotel is brand new and has a contemporary design and is peppered with lovely artwork throughout. The lobby, which overlooks the garden next to the lake, was light and bright. We had two interconnecting rooms, both large, modern, and comfortable. The food in the Japanese restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. We visited during one of the busiest festivals and had many guests, it always felt peaceful and zen. Starting at 5 am, and the water quality is good. The service was excellent. For its leisure mountain and city bikes, the hotel provided two types of highend electric bikes for guests.

The ritz carlton nikki is a place we will visit again. The property's architecture, landscaping, furnishings, arrival facilities, and fixtures were all in good condition. It was a wonderful gastronomic experience served. They served each dish with the freshest ingredients. The servings were also consistently enormous. Most importantly, we must commend the staff for their outstanding service. The following staff is worthy of special mention: mask and Jack, the Japanese restaurant's team, housekeeping, and the warehouse restaurant's ladies.

The most amazing experience for the mind, body, and soul. Thanks to Alexander and his team for a very nice stay. Upon arrival, I was immediately swept away in the beauty of Nike and I heartily recommend the Ritz Carlson, Nikki for anyone seeking a peaceful and meaningful vacation. I always recommend the cleaning staff at all the hotels I stay in. My appreciation to the newly appointed go to my alexander mcbride for great ladies and gentlemen. Kamimura, who always shows respect and elegance at check-in, is the first on our arrival. Yoshimura, who is very considerate, served our welcome drink. This place has many shining stars and I had a great time staying here. Breakfast breakfast is served at their Japanese restaurant, and the main choices are Japanese and western. They are pleased to accommodate your requests. During my visit this time, I was impressed by my aura, who thorough explained what they provide and some details that they are proud of. Is sakamoto at the front desk was proactive to support guests. His sato ryo is type, China seek, obama, is washing, is aqua, and my sugiura itsuka who was primarily doing night shift and open onset each morning. We enjoyed our desserts, not only with eyes, nose, and tongue, but also with ears. I appreciate the team. We had a wonderful morning walk. We picked this hotel based on a very favorable tripadvisor review. However, when we got there, it was quite typical roman for us. It took more than 40 minutes to drive from nikki town to this location. The road is very winding and challenging to drive, and there are many 90 degree or sharp turns on the way to the hotel. Very difficult for an inexperienced driver like us. Quite far from the lake or nikki town. The bathroom is a little old and no soap or shampoo. I understand that they expect us to take a bath at first, but our parents prefer to shower in their room. So it's odd that there is no soap or shampoo at all. Starting is a bit small, but it's fine for me. The staff is very limited in English, but they are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and good. We didn't try dinner at the hotel.

The okunikko dongshi hotel's charm has faded, but like an actress in her heyday, she still has a depth of character. Fall was a good time to stay at this hotel because the seasons matched the hotel's mood. Dinner party reveled the glory the hotel must have enjoyed during the height of its career. A multicourse Japanese meal with sashimi trout so fresh that the gills were still pulsing! The staff shares the hotel's charm. From the humorous and funny doorman to the store clerk, who when above called to give us directions to a sake brewery after we showed interest in the sakes on sale, the employees are far more engaging than the usual efficient but modest staff found in most Japanese hotels. The start is a little small, but average overall quality. The hotel's brightness has really faded off in the rooms. Ours, even though spacious, had a lot of use. All the carpets, fixtures, and molding are badly worn out. I would return to enjoy the meals and the staff, but I wouldn't stay in the rooms.

We had a really wonderful experience when we only spent one night with our 20-month-old son. We had supper and breakfast, both of which were excellent. This hotel has friendly and quick service, and we can speak English without a problem because we are not good in Japanese. Even though the hotel itself is older, everything is always spotless and well-kept. The hotel's location is equally excellent. I can't begin to express how incredibly unique it was, and we felt at home, in my opinion. Despite the location, cleanliness, and the fact that it is a peaceful location, there was a very distinctive ambiance. That was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The building is old, has a lovely colonial feel, is close to the shrines and bridge, and also has good service. The rooms are large and comfortable if tired. We initially slept on a very large room on the first floor, but noisy heating pipes kept us awake. They moved us to the top floor which was quiet. A really good service for a well-prepared breakfast. needs renovation and a makeover to get up to a four stars. If you have mobility issues, the road is very steep and uneven.
