If I go back to Hsinchu, I will choose Shin Yuan for the aforementioned reasons. The location is ideal, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. During my first trip, I stayed in a different hotel, which was a little less expensive but far bigger than Shin Yuan.

We arrived at the rp, where the checkin time was rp. The hotel reception helped us store our luggage and told us they would move the luggage to the room so we could collect our cards and go up straight away. Kudos! To their hospitality! The reception staff also informed us about the brunch peak time and advised us to avoid it if possible. It is generally staffed by people who have empathy and consideration for tired travelers!. It is in the heart of the city. It is within walking distance of the city god temple, the art canal, and the shopping district.

I suggest you avoid staying at the nearby celeb metro hotel, Shin Yuan, which at first glance seems to be extremely scary. Shin Yuan is nestled between two shopping malls and a variety of stores, about a 3-minute walk from Hsinchu Tra not her station. Don't let the tiny reception area deceive you. The room is clean and roomy, with comfortable beds, fully equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, a cable to, and a hotcold water dispenser, basically the entire package to make your stay very pleasant. Did I mention roomy? Even a dedicated seating space between the toilet and the beds makes the entire room more apartmentlike than a hotel. The hotel is also about an 810 minute walk from the city gods temple night market, so ditch the expensive, bland food at the solo basement and head straight to the night market for tasty street food instead!.

Very convenient location with a lot of foods and shops, solo also minutes walk away, good breakfast and I believe many Japanese workers stay here too, morning they are company car pick them up from here to work in Zhubei so environment won't be so messy. I would like to thank the staff ruby, she shows a very good working attitude. Doing things fast and accurate.

The hotel has a strategic location, close to the metro station, malls, and restaurants. The room and bathroom was clean. The room cleanliness was very good. I will come back to this place in the future.

The hotel isn't new, but the service is excellent. We had a couple's room with a small child. What a reasonable price and service that is. The location is good, and the big department is just down the street. There is plenty of parking and the breakfast is also simple but tasty.

The hotel is conveniently located on the opposite side of Hsinchu train station and only takes 35 minutes to reach. And then, the price was reasonable, plus the location was close to the bus terminal. After that, the breakfast was similar to Taiwanese breakfast porridge with a variety of dishes. Subsequently, the location in the vicinity of the hotel was fantastic. Subsequently, the employees were very kind and polite.

In spite of the fact that we had to check in early and had no choice but to come early in the morning, the staff was really nice, accommodating, and friendly. The room has very hilarious interior design. Ours featured a strange mural inspired by the school bus. There are condoms also provided in the room. The prices and location are really good. For the price, it's a good value.

This hotel is close to the railway station. Price is cheap with good quality breakfast, free coffee in the hall. The room size is small but nice and the staff is friendly. I think this hotel is very convenient during the week, but the prices rise on weekends.

The hotel is near the downtown train station, but it's easy to miss going down the street. It is accessed via an elevator that goes up to the fifth floor, and doesn't have a traditional lobby. Our room had a shower no bathtub, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and most common amenities, and it was clean. The room did smell of smoke, but we could get rid of most of it by opening a window. The free breakfast was mediocre. It was reasonable for the price paid and the location.

The location is great, the food was thrown away in a jug, under the hotel there was a watson, and the bus stop here was very few, and then the bed linen was also not working well, after that they didn't even give the free towels and the shower in their bathroom was dirty.

During a three-night stay, the husband had to travel to meetings. The room is furnished with a king bed, and a bathtub. I'm not sure about Taiwan's room condition. But if my Malaysian room is like this, it's actually very disappointing. Old, broken furniture and interesting breakfast. Homemade breakfast buffet. Just to sleep.

I don't think a family would enjoy staying here. The hotel is conveniently close to a bus stop and a train station. Just below the building are shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the check-in process was fast. The breakfast has a nice Asian breakfast type selection. The room has all the necessary amenities including water boiler, air conditioning, a decent shower, and other amenities. After checking out, I was also able to store my luggage there for some hours. The street sign is visible, then you must take an elevator to the first floor where the lobby is located. My room had no windows, which I must say had an old-fashioned smell. There was also no safe in my room, if it were important to you. I didn't feel like I had to worry about bringing valuables in the room. Overall, it's a very inexpensive place to sleep, but the room or bed isn't pleasant enough to hang out or enjoy. I simply slept there and spent as much time outside. Also, I believe that people can also book the room for shorter periods and the associated fees.

They provided complimentary breakfast with international cuisine. Also, this was my first visit to Taiwan and my stay was really special. The hotel rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They do their best in English to communicate. The best part for me was they were understanding of my vegan nature and helped me each day at the breakfast table by telling me what to eat and not to eat.

We stayed here for 4 days. Even with a decent Chinese breakfast, the location is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. In addition, there isn't a lobby on the first floor. It also has many bud artworks and sculptures that I dislike. For an additional 4 days, I canceled the following reservations.
