The hotel is situated in the city and takes about a minute to travel. The rooms are clean and breakfast is ok. The restaurant is a part of the hotel and is open till 2200. Both European and traditional cuisine is very affordable. Massage Salon, gym and outdoor pool. It takes at least 20 minutes for a taxi to arrive. If you use Grab, it can be very difficult to find a car on the weekend.

The location of this hotel is good if you go to business or factories but if you are visiting for business it is very far from anywhere. The room is smelly and the blankets are too old but the food is good and cheap. But need more improvement.

This hotel is not the best place to stay, if you don't have a private car, this place is very bad. The food is very bad. This place is located 10 am away from the archaeological sites and it's in an industrial area.

I had a nice experience of staying at this place and the hotel is quite a comfortable place, also the staffs are really good, there are shops and pubs with a restaurant there, and I would recommend it for a night or two. The location is very close to the sights, only a 10-minute drive away.

We booked this hotel for 1 week for vacation with friends and we appreciated it. The location is good and quite convenient for us because it is near bus station. The staff is friendly and helpful enough. The room is big and clean. We absolutely happy to stay here.

I recommend avail hotels. I recommend the avail in ayutthaya province, one of Thailand's oldest capital cities, when traveling. After I told you that avail will not meet your needs for a 5-star hotel. I'll say this first, if you want a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to spend an evening or two in Ayutthaya, you'll be very pleased checking into avail. The avail's ability to do everything has me so happy. Everything works, and everything works well. The bathroom is cozy, the shower is hot, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work.. Does, and I can't always say about even the most expensive places. In addition, the personnel is courteous, the price is right, 900 per night, and the location is close to historical ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. This is the best I can do to express something somewhat criticizing. Although the room is not equipped with coffee or coffee pots, there is a hot water pot. On the plus side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart available in the foyer with both. They would most gladly offer to transport coffee to your room if you requested them to do so. One more

The room was clean, but the bathroom was small but clean. There is no restaurant in the house, only warm water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. The 711 store and other local restaurants, cafes, and minivan station are close by. The coolest part is the majority of historical sites are close by. So it's convenient for those who stay back in Ayutthaya to see the illuminated monuments in the evening.

This place is very special, the service from the staff was very pleasant even though we weren't satisfied, and the hotel couldn't do more. We stay here for two nights with our 18-month-old child over the new year period. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful and the hotel is ready to assist. The bungalows are clean, comfortable, and roomy. We used a boat tour that the hotel arranged, and we loved it! We also did a tub tour again organized by the hotel, and it was wonderful! We had a fantastic tub driver who even waited one evening while we ate. The egg roti was excellent, and breakfast was excellent. Overall, a wonderful and wonderful experience in Ayutthaya.

Small is beautiful would be appropriate for this hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, very cozy, and comfortable with the greenery. The proprietor is very nice and pleasant. Every member of our group is impressed by the staff's hospitality. Breakfast is simple but delicious. There is tea, fresh coffee, bread and butter, yogurt and a variety of fruit. On top of that there are a variety of other foods such as fried eggs with sausages, fried eggs, pork or beef with holy basil pad kaproaw the best I have ever tasted, garlic pork, and last but not least, the very tasty roti stuffed with eggs. If you want a nice place to stay while you visit Ayutthaya, this boutique hotel is the one.

Booked this hotel for a one night stopover and what a little gem. The owners were amazing and did everything they could to help us even booked next day coach tickets and made sure we arrived in time to the bus station. Very nice room with everything you need and very close to the historical center. Breakfast, clean, wifi is only a tiny point no safe will come back one day.

I don't recommend this place. This hotel is expensive and based in the suburbs. It is also far from the city center and at night it makes me uncomfortable. The room was normal and the staff was friendly but the price was expensive.

Phuttal Residence is a 5 star hotel with price ranges from 3 stars to less. Both the owner and the staff make sure that you are comfortable and enjoy your stay in Ayutthaya. No buffet but delicious cooked and served breakfast! We reserved the Garden House Room, which is a traditional wooden Thai house that in other places would be classified as a museum and asks for an entry fee.
