Overall, I was a little dissatisfied with the hotel and the available services. Although the staff was extremely nice, there was no bell person to assist with bags, etc. The room service menus were very limited and had very limited hours. The eateries were also closed most of the time I stayed there. The keys were broken several times which created a headache. The gym, although attractive and clean, one day had no water and no water fountain was found. So I had to pay $5 for water in my room for a small bottle. I do not believe that it is indeed legal not to have a water source or fountain in a gym. The hotel itself is outdated and in desperate need of renovation. My room was only cleaned 3 out of 4 days, and I was gone all day without having a sign on my door. There isn't much to do downtown. The nearest pharmacy is almost a mile away, and there aren't many restaurants or bars.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to relax, this is it. If you're looking for a luxury experience, it isn't. What this hotel does well is the public areas are lovely, the food and beverages are tasty, and it's clean. But there is nothing remarkable about the service, which is very difficult for a luxury hotel. The line for check-in snakes into the bar and there is no one organizing it. The clerk just says next and whoever notices is next. The clerk didn't welcome me, she simply said license and credit card. Calls to whatever whenever ring forever. The marriott app messages are answered very slowly. Housekeeping staff who need to speak to another housekeeping staff simply yell. When they enter and exit the rooms, they simply let the doors slam shut, creating an awful pleasant all afternoon long. My room was fine. But it was small things like a broken hanger, and the closet lighting flickered on then stayed off for the rest of the stay. If your looking for a place to sleep, this is it. If you're looking for a luxury experience, it's not.

This is a good location, with a good bar on the premises, walking distance to many attractions, the suite and corner rooms are very good, the staff is really friendly and helpful, they even offered an upgrade due to my titanium status.

I had a pleasant stay there and would return when traveling there. At check-in, I was assigned to the plat elite, and I had a lovely and well-sized, beautiful room suite. The rooms are well-appointed, with fashionable furnishings and floor to ceiling windows, and my room has views of the city. Excellent shower with rainfall shower head, fixtures, and restroom. There is a separate room that also includes the toilet. I had a great time in the room and space. The I bar, which had some distinctive drinks and decor, was right outside the lobby. The gym, which was on the hotel's upper floor, was spacious, spotless, and with a ton of weights, exercises, and cardio equipment. It was either on the hotel's grab-and-go breakfast spot on-site or in the hotel. While service was a little slow, the meal was excellent. For plat elite guests, a $20 voucher was provided, and it only covered one drink and an entree. Other than a brewery and a pizza restaurant, the proximity is limited, but Peachtree and a more crowded downtown are accessible when the weather is nice.

The springhill Marriott is conveniently located. If you take the sky tram ride into Atlanta and land there, you can walk in. The front desk employee named Helen was very helpful in making my stay memorable. She is a wonderful asset to the company.

The location is ideal for exploring museums, museums, and the aquarium in Cocacola. There aren't many good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. We had 5 guests, 2 adults, and 3 teenagers stayed in one of the suites. There are no dressers or nightstands, just a closet. The room may use some tactic, particularly the shower.

We were here to attend a college graduation in 2020. She wanted to visit an aquarium as a present. Because of Spring Hill's proximity to the aquarium, we chose to stay there. We arrived in October a little later than expected and were greeted by an amazing security guard. Despite its modest size, the room was neatly laid out, with a comfy bed, a tiny table, a sofa, a fridge, a micro, and two end tables. The bathroom was spacious enough. The shower was hot, and the towels were spotless. We had no problems. I requested additional pillows, and they were readily given. The hotel's breakfast had many options and was excellent.

The staff was very friendly. The proximity to Georgia Tech is unbeatable. The room facing the street is extremely noisy due to passing cars. It sounded as if every muscle car and motorcycle in Atlanta passed by our room the night before. The sound must be amplified off the building across the street. Only remain here if you can get a room facing the back. Our room was nice and spotless, but the hallways were filthy and smelly.

I will stay here again in September. This is our first time staying in this place. The room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are nice and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The only thing we do not like is valet parking at 20 dollars but this is the city of Atlanta so we understand!

The location was great, the cleanliness here was also good, with a great friendliness, and the friendly personnel was very helpful in making our time in town more enjoyable. Plus, the waitress gave us a very late check-out so that we didn't have to worry about our baggage to travel the city before the departure time.

I recommend this Holiday Inn, clean and of course the cinnamon rolls. It's been a 3-day stay for me, I will be back if you're traveling solo to work or to visit family.

Holiday inn Express is always a good choice. They are modern, clean, quiet, and safe. Nice pool and fitness room. And free hot breakfast. This one is at the end of the main strip in swell so it's easy to get to shops and museums.

I stayed in this place with my friend. The hotel was good. The room size was large. Breakfast is typical of Holiday Inn Express. I hate their pancake machine, because they taste like the bottom of a shoe. Usually this is the first level of the hotel. Anyway, there are no complaints except for business. They don't have a jacuzzi, just a pool. Will I stay here again?

Before my flight, I decided to stay here for one night. Nice hotel with a bar and restaurant. Near to the aquarium and Centennial park and the can. Although I made it clear at check in and check out that I had paid for the parking deck twice, I was charged a resale fee of $45. Disappointing response. The room was nice and big, there was a refrigerator in the room, clean and comfortable. I use my phone app to make white noise in hotels, and I slept soundly without hearing any sounds, as has been stated in some reviews. There are numerous restaurants close by for dinner, but as the arena is close by, it is packed for game fans.

The food was fine overall. This place is ideally situated and close to many places. Before coming here this past weekend, I read numerous reviews and nearly changed my reservation. Im glad we didn't. The negative reviews convinced me that some people should not take a vacation and simply stay at home. The hotel is in fact somewhat dated and needs a makeover in the rooms. The furniture is older and the carpet could use an update, but overall, this isn't a 5 star resort, so you shouldn't anticipate 5 stars. Spend more money and stroll down the street to the Omni. The restaurants weren't ideal, but they worked. I would have liked a more rounded continental breakfast choice, perhaps adding more fresh fruit, or granola, but overall the cuisine was good.
