I have two books on arrival, and I was eager to relax by the pool for a week. Unfortunately, I have other plans for the weekend, which is deja cat, adriana grande, due lips, imagine dragons, and the hot tub. There are speakers in both of the pools and the hot tub that play all day long, blasting pop music. If you plan to drink a glass of wine there at night, I hope you dont mind Taylor Swifts caterwauling in your ears. It strikes me as amazing that a highend resort would hear this music all over where guests are trying to unwind, it completely disrupts the vibe. If guests were stacked towels over the speakers in an unsuccessful attempt to balance the sounds, youd assume the hotel would be upset. The gym and yoga classes are excellent, and the views around the property are stunning. Since there is only one restaurant at the motel and no togo foods like sandwiches or yogurt, I advise stopping at the nearby Target before you arrive to stock up on snacks.

Last weekend my girlfriend and I stayed at the rp rancho mirage. I contacted the front office and management team kelly steward before staying to let them know we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday that weekend. They upgraded us to a lovely suite, and they also served us a beautiful amenity with champagne and goodies. I've personally worked at ritzcarlton before and can be attesting that this resort is among the finest in California. The level of service and attention to detail, along with the wonderful property, make this the best hotel in the neighborhood. The quality of service is far superior to any other ritz carlton in the usa, comparable to many ritz cartons in Asia and europe. Many thanks to the fantastic ladies and gentlemen who made our stay so memorable, we will definitely be back soon!.

I would not hesitate to come here and suggest it to others. This location is solid. Excellent service, stunning views, and nice amenities. The resorts limited food options left me irritated. I know there are some problems with the employees, but that was a drawback. Besides that little thing, I strongly endorse Tris resort.

This is our third stay here. Each year for my daughters' birthdays, we visit palm springs in a septic in Palm Springs. We adore it here, the property is lovely, the staff is pleasant and professional, the pool is wonderful, etc. Everything is always excellent! However, we are very dissatisfied to discover that even though the majority of visitors aren't wearing masks, the employees are forced to wear masks. And I did my due diligence and inquired. I was informed that they must wear them. The poor staff working on the grounds outside in 100 degree heat? Amidst wealthy guests passing around and gathering in large groups unmasked. Looks very hypocritical and elitist. Our poor waiter is currently getting hot, and he's wearing glasses that keep fogging up due to the mask and heat. It's not necessary. When we go on vacation for the weekend, we want to forget the reality. Let's face it, the reality of the past almost three years has not been particularly pleasant. However, most everywhere is back to normal now. So coming here and seeing forced masking by your staff made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We no longer see this at our local Starbucks, so we absolutely don't want to see it at a five-star resort. In late 2022, please consider joining the rest of us and dropping this policy.

This hotel is definitely worth a stay. The location is ideal as it is approximately a mile and a half from the city center, and an uber-rent from the hotel costs 8 dollars. This hotel has been here a few times, and I heartily suggest it. The pool is the focal point of the attraction, with all the rooms surrounding it and plenty of room to lounge around and catch some sun. There are many parasols available if you require protection, but don't worry they have plenty of them. They provide an outdoor area with some chairs and a gas fire pit directly outside the pool area. The staff is excellent, and they are extremely accommodating to the customers. They serve a little breakfast on a daily basis in the small pool house, with a fantastic frittata, fresh oj, and more. We have stayed at this hotel several times and thoroughly endorse it.

Overall, it was an attractive place. The breakfast was excellent. Leland and Teresa were very helpful and friendly. Francisco assisted in resolving a billing issue. The pool water was clean, but the filter system was inoperative because there were lots of dead insects in the water. The shower door and bathroom door were warped so they did not close correctly. There was no shower head, so the water pressure was quite high. The air conditioning unit performed excellently!.

I still can think of this place. I absolutely adore every year's stays at this hotel. They always outperform themselves, and I highly recommend it! Their frittata is by far the greatest I've ever had. That's so delicious.

The breakfast here was very tasty and they even provided gluten-free breakfast option. And then, the cleanliness was very good, and then, the service here was very friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk and hotel employees.

I will certainly stay here the next time. Fantastic front desk staff and a comfortable hotel. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the location. I wish I had the names of the front desk staff because they were amazing. So cheap and so helpful for the level of the hotel.

This hotel is close to downtown and is a lovely one. We stayed because we are members of the Marriott convoy and had enough points to cover our five nights there. I usually prefer something a little smaller. Very attractive lobby. Someone was distributing beverages in the foyer on the day we checked in, and a pleasant addition was that there is always ice water and flavoured water available. We used the full buffet app at dates, their breakfast establishment. They provided continental food for $10, as well as an a la carte menu. The food was typical breakfast food, and the service was excellent. We only had breakfast there once in our five-night visit because we found coffee right down the street, which we preferred. One evening, we also had drinks by rocks in the lobby. The drinks were average, but the service was excellent. We did, one day, sit by the pool to read, even though it was too cold for swimming. The pool bar was not open. The rooms were adequate. This brings me to my only complaint, which is housekeeping. When we entered the room, there was something crushed in the rug, which I think was a junior mint? It was clearly visible and made me believe they hadn't cleaned the room well before we arrived. When I did the online check, I chose daily cleaning, but they never did. When I requested towels and to make up the room, but no one responded.

I was having a great experience in general, and I would return to this hotel. The property is substantial and only has one bank of elevators. If you are farther from the elevators, it is a long walk to get to the room. While they only provide one elevator that is outdated and needs updating, you must pass through a service area. They can only use the employee-only elevators, which are obsolete and require maintenance. There are 500 accommodations. There isn't much management can do about this, only management to think about. The pool is presumably heated to around 85 degrees. It was sufficient space and offers free laundry services and provides detergent, which was a welcome addition. The convention center is right next door, and Palm Springs' downtown and eateries are both only a few blocks away. We simply occupied the pool and amenities during our three-night visit. Our room was roomy and included a sofa bed and a terrace with a lovely view of the pool and mountains. It was wonderful to have a space to spread out with the kids. What might be improved.. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would visit this place once more.

We remained at the Wyatt Palm Springs over New York after some of our family who lives there contracted the flu. It is a lovely hotel in a terrific location overall. Families will enjoy the spacious, roomy rooms. The only drawback was that the upkeep seemed inadequate. I was surprised to discover that the rooms themselves were partially renovated. Certain items appeared to be brand new while others appeared to be very ancient. Since the establishment was built, the restroom had not yet been updated. However, the location really raises this location up a notch. The following time, I would search for another place to stay, but if I had to, I'd return.

During the holiday break, we stayed here for 5 nights. Every morning, we paid for breakfast, which was always very good. The room was comfortable and big. Although there were some signs of wear and tear, overall, it met our needs. The location is ideal in the center of the city.

I was traveling for a short time with my family and was welcomed with a glass of wine for my wife and I. This place was clean, and the room was incredible. Food and drinks were not available at the time and parking was on the street behind the hotel.

We really love to stay here. Our bungalow this time is close to one of the beautiful pools. It's great. So fun to stay there. This apartment is spacious, equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, 2 large closets, great patio and very comfy. Very stylish and attractive. The staff is amazing. I will come back when we can.
