Facilities is verrry Goood... my standard room have kitchen, washing machine that can dry clothes, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryee in it. Receptionist very helpful. Its facing the lake, beautiful view in November. But this hotel doesn't actually provide breakfast, just look outside. Location is not close to old quarter, but its easy to look for Grab in Hanoi

We spent four nights with my wife and four children all throughout our stay. My wifes birthday came and we miss her and her. We received room upgrades as convoy ambassadors, and Tiny assisted us in surprised her with balloons and cake. The breakfast is great with a wide variety, especially for the children, and the food is fresh and delectable. The club lounge staff is friendly and welcoming, but the lounge area is rather outdated. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful city outlook, but it hasn't been completely renovated in many years. Several eateries, cafes, and other stores are accessible on foot at the hotel, which is right on the lake. The old quarter is accessible by taxi in 10 minutes. We would love to return. I miss you, once more, for supporting us.

Excellent service at the restaurant Oven Dorm. All staff are very professional, friendly, and have positive attitude towards the service, especially to Chong, Anh ham, mind and chefs thong, day, and chef than for well prepared food. The food is very tasty and has many alternatives and fills up quickly. Everything is very fresh and lovely presents. Thanks to everyone from Quants team.

The Sheratons Haani is a beautiful, well-located property that is not appropriate for families. We made a reservation in September and arrived as a family of four on October 19. However, the suite only had one bed, and we were upgraded to one. However, there were two couches, not just a sofa bed, but a regular couch, so we decided to simply throw sheets on the two couches and let the kids sleep there. We notified the staff about this to set up one bed for four people. Imagine our surprise when we returned on October 22, and the same scenario happened with one king bed for four people. Here is where the issue: this room has tiny couches that are too little for my 10-year-old to lie down. We called the front desk, and they unapologetically told us that we could have a rollaway bed for our 10-year-old for a fee. My spouse defends this isn't fair. They took all four of our passport information, knew we were a family of four, and chose again to put us in a room with a single bed. She then noted that we had one king bed the previous time. I agreed that we were more flexible the previous time because the couches were large enough for our sons to lie down. She was silent. Eventually, I pleaded with her to pay for a roll

The place's facade was painted during our stay. The employees were really friendly and professional. The pool was really clean and the staff also brought us towels as soon as we got to the pool area. Will stay there again.

This is a historic, huge Sheratons property that has been meticulously renovated and modernized. Although there are some lake views, it is not on the water in the same way as the neighboring InterContinental. Although it is busy with weddings and business events, the public spaces are serene and elegant, and the rooms are very comfortable. There are plenty of great restaurants and friendly breakfast joints close by that we didn't eat in. Service and welcome were warm, friendly and helpful.

The small pool was great, but I never noticed if the gym was ever open because the place looked to be in darkness all the time. They advertise a shuttle bus service to go down town during the week, which doesn't actually happen, but the weekend shuttle bus to the big I supermarket is very handy.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our first time in Hani. Although this hotel is a little way from the old quarter, we loved everything about it, but particularly appreciated the exceptionally warm, gentle, and helpful staff during our stay here! Young and ha and the other gentlemen at the front desk deserve special mention here for helping us with everything we could want. From arranging transportation for us, to arranging for transportation, to answering our many questions about street dancing sites and shopping for specific Korean biscuits. Thank you also to the lovely ladies who served breakfast every morning, including the believer grilled cheese sandwiches. One of my favorite things about Vietnamese is it's street dancing culture. When I was arguing about this with young and ha, ha informed me about another place on the lake where locals dance on the street every weekday. Needless to say, that's where I went that evening.

We stayed here in June without knowing the neighborhood or what to anticipate. But we were very happy with our choices of hotels. I would rate it as a three-star property but the outstanding staff who cannot do enough for you and the excellent location value for money make it very appealing. If your looking for something that is removed from the main hustle and bustle of Old Quarter Hani but still close enough to it, this place would fit you perfectly.

It seemed to be a safe place to stroll around at any time. The temperature in Hani was 34 to 40 degrees, and it was wonderful to return to the spacious apartment to recuperate. It was well furnished with a large bed, sofa, armchairs, refrigerator, etc, and air-conditioned, with nice lake views and an evening balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast restaurant was adequate, the reception sells basic items like soft drinks, and the hotel has a small pool.
