Location is very strategic. It was walking distance to mostly everywhere you want to go at Old Quarter area. Room is standard, amenities is complete. Cleanliness is meet the standards. Bonus! hotel yg terletak sangat strategis di pusat kota dan old quarter hanoi, mau ke mana2 jg gampang tinggal jalan kaki, lokasinya persis di blkg katedral st. joseph, di sekitar hotel ramai tempat makan, ke danau hoan kiem jg dekat, kamar tidak terlalu luas namun bersih dan fasilitas yg didapat jg sesuai dgn harga yg dibayar, staff ramah walaupun terbatas dalam bahasa inggris, bisa titip koper jg walau sudah check out tp masih mau keliling kota sambil tunggu jadwal yg lainnya, will be back kalau ke hanoi lg sih, mantabbb!! 👍👍👍

Awalnya saya memesan 1 mlm saja di hotel ini, karena besoknya saya ke Sapa. Saya mendapatkan kamar sesuai permintaan, triple bed dengan balkon di lantai 5. Ada akses lift di gedung bagian belakang dekat restaurant. Karena pelayanannya yang sangat ramah dan lokasi yang dekat dengan pusat kota, maka kami memutuskan untuk memilih hotel ini lagi setelah kembali dari Sapa. Tapi dikarenakan triple bedroom nya habis, akhirnya kami mendapatkan kamar dengan kingsbed plus extrabed dengan harga VND 1,1000,000 per malam (dengan breakfast) tapi di gedung depan dekat resepsionis. Disini tidak ada lift, dan kami mendapatkan kamar di lantai 2. Jadi di hotel ini ada 3 bagian gedung. Jika mendapatkan kamar di gedung depan, tidak ada lift. Tapi jika mendapatkan kamar di gedung tengah dan belakang, ada lift nya. Untuk breakfast menurut saya sudah enak. Hotelnya memang kecil tapi nyaman. Kami bisa berinteraksi dengan tamu lain saat makan pagi. Di hotel ini juga melayani penukaran uang, dan kami juga membeli tiket bus ke Sapa dan tiket pulang ke Hanoi melalui hotel ini. Hotel ini juga sangat dekat dengan weekend night market, yang harus kalian datangi saat kalian ada di Hanoi. Kalau ada kesempatan lagi untuk ke Hanoi, saya masih ingin menginap di hotel ini lagi. NOTE: Resepsionis nya lancar berbahasa Inggris, jadi mudah diajak berkomunikasi. Tips saat kalian meninggalkan koper di kamar hotel, ingat untuk selalu mengunci koper kalian saat keluar kamar walaupun koper ditinggal di dalam kamar hotel (hotel manapun).
