The hotel was very nice. Its design and atmosphere were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner were good. The room was clean. The staff was nice and quick. But, location of hotel was not very good. When we stayed at hotel, there was loudly music from outside.

I visited the hotel with a Turkish touristic tour on 3rd of June 2019. The hotel was far from center on foot. It has a grave classic style. I think the hotel is open only for tours. The stuff was professinal in serving. The dinner was good. But chicken again :) the hotels in Balkans really like to serve chicken for dinners... The rooms were big enough. The A/C was very noisy. The jacuzzi needs repair and there were funny slippers that has been used for many times :) Some staff can speak in english. Creditcard was not available. And Skhoder was a waste of time to visit.

The staff at this hotel are marvelous and couldn't do enough for us - wonderful and kind service, especially from Yetmira (not sure if this is how you spell her name) on reception and the lady and gentlemen who prepared and served the lovely breakfast each day of our stay. The room and hotel were very clean, and the hot tub and hammam in the basement most enjoyable - and we had it to ourselves. The location is a little out of town but is quiet and has great views over to the mountains. You could walk into town in about 20 minutes, or drive in. We stayed for four nights and the hotel were also able to arrange two excellent excursions for us through another company to Thethi and Komani. The only criticism I have and it wasn't enough to not give 5 stars, was that the hot water in our room was sometimes a bit luke warm and took a while to come through. Over all though, a most enjoyable stay and a comfortable bed.

Manager of the hotel is always there, ready to listen and solve everything. Stuff is really polite and helpful, food is excellent, and trilece cake is a must try. Dinner on time, rooms very wide and large with nice bathrooms. Very clean.

Four stars, ten minute walk from the centre, friendly staff, super clean and very large bedrooms, this place was excellent. Bathrobes and slippers with a spa bath. A room with a view of the whole city. This was a great place to stay.
