I recently took a team of volunteers to Elbasan & stayed @ Kriva where I’ve stayed twice before with small & large teams. The service at Kriva by the staff was amazing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble & they answered every request that we had. Rooms clean & we were looked after beautifully. Breakfast had everything that we could ask for & dinner in the restaurant was fresh, served so well & tasted great. They even had a meal waiting for the team as we’d arrived late from Tirana airport. Generously they allowed us to use their lounge for team meetings which was fantastic. So thank you team Kriva for everything that you gave us to facilitate this trip & for your generosity - we shall hopefully see you next year !

A very good hotel, with an amazing view. Delicious traditional foods and an excellent staff. Fresh air, flowers and trees everywhere. I enjoined my stay there. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends who want to visit elbasan, Albania. Very good place

Ça a dû être un magnifique hôtel mais il n'est malheureusement plus entretenu correctement. On se contente de le maintenir propre mais c'est tout. Système d'air conditionné plus adapté (système général et non par chambre ), les réparations sont faites à la va vite plusieurs zones du complexe sont complètement abandonnées comme la piscine ou une zone pour faire des mariages, etc... Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant mais manque d'initiative. Par contre, c'est très bon marché, à peine 14 euros par nuit et par chambre

O hotel é bonito e tem um bom restaurante, com uma boa esplanada. No entanto, os quartos são velhos e descuidados, casas de banho estragadas. Falta higiene, como se vê nas fotografias que coloquei. Até teias de aranha havia na minha cama. É pena, pois podia ser muito bom.
