Having needed a hotel at short notice close to the hospital, I phoned 30 Arundel and was asked to book online, which I did,I received the confirmation booking via email, and all was fine until I tried to check in. It was closed, no one around. So I called the out of hours number on the door, and spoke to a quite agitated man, who claimed he had be trying to contact me all morning via phone, text and email to say no-one would be there. I had received NOTHING! Everytime I tried to tell the man this he just spoke over me that all my contact details must of been incorrect, and he wanted proof of my confirmation email, but no-one was around to show it to. I cannot give a review of the facilities as I never actually got to stay there. I was bitterly disappointed with the lack of customer care, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
