-The manager was so kind and friendly. He is so approachable that I could always ask something in person or call to the reception when I need help. - The room and common areas were kept clean - Good option for those who don't know this area or new to Australia, because the manager explained the transport, access to some major areas, how to find a job and so on when checking in. - Earlier check-in time than other hostels

アーリーチェックインに快く対応してくださいました。女性4人部屋、室内に小型冷蔵庫、鍵が掛かるロッカー、サーキュレーター2台。バルコニー、コンセントはやや不便。トイレ、シャワー各3、男女共用。シャワーの水圧はイマイチ。水周りは、清掃はしてくれていますがすぐに汚されてしまう。。。キッチンは家庭用サイズなので、混雑しがち。長期滞在者が多いが、皆さん親切。

A nice clean backpackers close to town. Dated and worn but clean tidy and neat. Check was a breeze and the manager came and introduced himself when he got in. Nice out of the way location in Westend thats still close to everything.

ローマストリート駅から列車で1駅のサウスブリスベン駅からまっすぐ10分のわかりやすい場所にある。市街に出るときもホテル横のバス停からシティーホール横まで簡単に行ける。スーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内。共用の洗面・トイレ・シャワー・ダイニングキッチン(電子レンジ・調理器具・食器あり)は清掃も行き届いていて快適。階下にランドリーもある。部屋には冷蔵庫がある。宿泊客は女性が中心の少人数でこじんまりとしたホテルなので静かで快適。

洗面所、シャワー室の清潔さがなく、電気も途中で消えたため、困った。シャワーも固定されており、水圧も弱いので、洗浄が満足に出来なかった。

It was cheap and very close to shops in west end. Showers were cold in the morning. And bathroom floors were wet in the night time, easy to slip over. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

スタッフが常駐しておらず、チェックイン時にフロントの電話で呼び出して英語でやりとりをして呼び出す必要があり30分くらいかかった。また、冷蔵庫が機能していなかった。エアコンがなく扇風機だとかいう点はホステルとして別に文句を言う気はないです。

Overall the place was ok, however because we arrived late we did not see any staff, and were not told how to access wifi etc. The room qas good, but as we were closest to the front there was a lot of outside noise. Sheets werent the cleanest (had hair stuck to it).

I have been stayed for 3nights with my friend and we got out room upgraded to twinroom from a 4beds room It was nice and the owner was kind But the problem was that the room had been so freezing during the night time We think the window has broken that breeze kept coming through the window upon the beds i felt we were sleeping outside When i asked to the owner that issue he gave us more blankets but finally we both got a cold Last night of there was fine I think he fixed the window It would been better the window was fine at the beggining of staying there
