All card transactions are subject to an additional 1% transaction fee. This 1% fee is not included in the advertised room rate and is charged additionally for all standard and non-refundable bookings. All charges appear in full on your BUNK Brisbane invoice.
An international passport is required for a shared dorm stay. If you need clarification, please contact the property directly.
BUNK Brisbane considers group bookings to be those of 5+ traveling together. This includes separate reservations where guests are traveling together. Groups are subject to separate requirements to ensure that their impact on other guests is minimized. We strongly encourage anyone making a group booking to contact the property directly as failure to abide by these policies may result in additional charges or even cancellation of the reservation with full charges.
BUNK Brisbane does not accept 3rd party bookings. All bookings must be made by the primary passenger with their own card. Any bookings made by a charity, NFP, or other organization may be refused but still be charged.
BUNK Brisbane is an 18+ venue. Government-issued, photo ID is required for all guests. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of a stay with full charges.
BUNK Brisbane requires all guests to act in a respectful manner regarding staff, the property, and other guests. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a refund.
For guests requesting to extend the stay, the property is unable to guarantee to keep the same room as the original booking. Additional charges may apply when guests extend the stay.
In line with the QLD government mandate, given that we have a bar and nightclub as part of our complex, from 17th December 2021 all guests will be required to show proof of being double vaccinated. Failure to provide this evidence may result in you being unable to stay but still being charged as per our cancellation policy.
