The room was nice and clean all amenities suited our stay. The restaurant service was excellent and so was the food. We would have liked a heater in the bathroom as very cold in the mornings. The cleaning staff were helpful and did exceptional job. They were very friendly and obliging.

The Coachman is the most central place to stay in Parkes, so convenient to the shops, hotels, cafes, taxis. The rooms are clean and have everything you need - toaster, kettle, little fridge, cutlery, crockery, eating utensils, tea, coffee, and the only place that I have ever stayed that has supplied raw suger as well as the normal sugars. That was a bonus. The bathroom was relatively modern too. The meals in the pub looked good too. I will definitely stay here again. A+++++

The Coachman is a lovely, clean, well maintained hotel/motel located in the centre of town. Across the street is a taxi rank. With free parking on site as well as a secure, well appointed childrens play area. The bistro food is delicious and available for lunch and dinner. With specials available every night, and your room a short, secure walk from the pub, its the best accomodation available in Parkes. Last but by no means least is the high level of Customer Service achieved by the friendly, up beat staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the enthusiastic and professional staff members who always ensure that their guests needs are met with a smile and a happy dispositon. Highly recommend the Coachie both for the accommodation as well as the pub and dining.
