This place is cheap for a reason. If you have a few extra dollars per night, there are much nicer places and areas in Perth to stay. This is an older hotel that the staff do a great job of maintaining. The bathroom is not very spacious and still has old settings.

The room is simple but spacious. Its clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, no exhaust fan. Cant leave the door open for risk of seeing off smoke detectors. Note in the bathroom that setting off the smoke detector will cost you $900.

This was our third and last visit. Each time, there have been different reception staff, and each one has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the hotel itself does not live up to those standards, dirty stained carpets, smelly bags of rubbish left in the hallway and lifts every time, even overnight, kitchen benches were not cleaned before our arrival, and the bed was only half made. On our second visit, the fridge wasnt working, so they switched to the fridge next door, which was only marginally better. On our third visit, we were given the room next door, the fridge door had been left open, still running, freezer iced up, and the fridge was warm. It seemed like the housemaid had done a runner. And who could blame her? Fortunately, we had the trusty old (heavy!) Engel with us. The toilet was very inconveniently placed, but the shower was great. Cant face it again. Again, cant fault the reception staff who obviously do their best.

This hotel is in a prime location. The room was spacious and wellkept. It was a twobedroom apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need for a family, including cooking utensils. With complimentary amenities, the bathroom was refurbished and kept clean. The structures structure is a little outdated, and the passageways leading to the room are rather outdated. There was parking, but there were only a few parking spaces, but we were fortunate enough to secure one. This hotel offers excellent value for the money.

If youre not looking for a luxury hotel, i believe it to be a good place to stay. The hotel has four elevators, and the rooms are generally pleasant. Snacks and beverages can be purchased in the lobby, but they are a little pricey. However, there are cheaper convenience stores close to the hotel, so perhaps you wont have to do that. Its location is excellent, there are bus stops nearby, so there isnt much to worry about transportation. There is no lunch or dinner served here, but you can only have breakfast. But the breakfast is so delicious that it might be the best thing about this place.

The room is spacious and has a fantastic running shower. The service is good if you need anything. The location is easy to find but no parking and if you do find one it is metered, first in best dressed. Underground parking well if youre lucky you might get one, so we found it to be poor. So our score as a whole 3 stars.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay due to the cleanliness of our room. It seemed as though the room had just been cleaned up. We slept on top of the blankets. The rooms are in dire need of renovation because they look so old. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok presentation needs more work with the breakfast meal, and the dining area needed a thorough cleaning. The gentleman cleaning the breakfast dishes was absolutely polite and deserves to be mentioned and appreciated. My partner and i have said we wont be returning unless the motel gets a wellneeded makeover.

To be honest, i didnt have high expectations because i couldnt find a less expensive hotel in less than two weeks of my sudden travel. I didnt have a good first impression of the hotel when i got there, other than its location. When it is situated among the large luxury hotels, it appears to be a very laidback or old structure. However, i was given a room on the sixth floor, the corner room facing Adelaide Terrace, and it is very spacious, with a kitchenette and a balcony with a decent view of the road and stadium. I liked the arrangement of the furniture and lighting in the rooms. The bathroom is not very spacious and still has old furnishings, but it is very clean and probably recently renovated, so its still a plus. In terms of noise, there were no disturbances by the roadside or on friday or saturday nights, but because the laundry is close to the room, i could hear people talking for a long time there, but again, this was during the day as laundry wasnt permitted at night. The location is quite good, it is probably less than 10 minutes to find restaurants, 10-15 minutes to the malls, and there is 24 hours groceries in less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. My booking also includes breakfast, but it is basic, like toast, bread, sausages, etc. I had an early morning return flight and was given a takeaway package instead, so not much to complain about it. I read some negative reviews about the hotel before booking, but maybe those are for different rooms, as i was informed about the recent upgrades and renovation of the upper floors. Overall, the studioqueen room was very impressive as it is reasonably priced, spacious for a solo traveler, wellfurnished for a short stay of five days, and has a good location in the city.

Overall, this was a terrible place to stay and I would not return. Extremely standard room in the form of a concrete box. The bathroom was 1. Mars square, which was small and dated. The sign on the door warned of a $ 100 fine if the alarm system was triggered by deodorant or steam from the shower. So keep the door shut! The door to the bedrooms was missing. The lounge sofa collapsed in the middle when used. The volume button in the lounge to work in reverse. The power point in the main bedroom automatically turned off at rp, so power the to and fan was disconnected and turned itself back on at 7. Am, which is painful if you're still asleep! The cupboards were hanging off the wall. If you don't wash and store your cups in the kitchen, there is a $10 fee. The bedrooms' doors were oily. The table top was hung by thread. There were coffee and tea making services with free coffee, tea, and milk. The linens were clean but extremely worn. Plenty of towels but no flannels to your face. Toiletries are provided. The toilet does not flush properly. Shower pressure was good. Blood stains on bedroom curtains. Paint needs serious attention.

Next time, ill stay here as well. It was a pleasure to stay here. In the heart of perth, close to the river, and tidy. I left some private property here, and the cleaning crew was also honest, i was able to return it.
