management were very rude and agressive with little communiction skills to reslove a probblem,, . we were told to leave after 1 night (we booked for 2 as they didnt like a review that had been posted (which at that time had been deleted on reflection we wanted to resolve the problem with management before posting anything) mangement didnt try to resole any problems we had .. they knocked on our door hard 4 times before i could even get dressed yelling open the door.. it His (mangment) words were "i have the arthority to ask you to leave .. i want you out by 11.00" my daughters asked for a refund for the extra night that had been paid was another thing.. no communication skills at all.. not answering questions that were asked to them .. belittling and name calling of my daughter and talking over her telling her to "Shut up" when trying to discuss the payment.. mangement need a lesson in listening skills and problem solving instead of yelling and becoming agressive it couldve been handled alot better.. on booking ,com manegment reply to my review is all lies.. they did knock agressively and were yelling to open the door while i was dressing ..and they didnt say they would refund our 1 night that was owed.but they said that in the reply.. very poor handling of the situation..

Poor Management!!! My sister & mum booked this hotel for the 3rd & 4th of Oct 2020. My sister put up a 1 star review on google as she felt it was unfair that there was a charge for her son (under 1) to stay & the Wi-Fi signal was poor. The review was put up Saturday night. Upon reflection my sister deleted the review 10mins later with the intention of speaking with management about the concerns. My sister advised that Steve (manager) come banging on the door on Sunday morning. My mum asked for him to wait, Steve demanded they open the door. (My mum was getting dressed) Steve continued to knock loudly on the door until my mum opened it. Due to the knocking my nephew woke up upset My sister was then berated about the review she had left the night before. Steve was informed that the review had been deleted, this did not deter him from continuing to verbally abuse my family. My sister advised Steve that she was entitled to leave a review. Steve then advised he was entitled to kick them out and told them to leave by 11. After kicking my family out, Steve remained at the door of the hotel room continuing to be angry My mum had to shut the door on Steve in order for him to leave. Shortly after this interaction Steve’s wife Barb came to the door. She did not apologise for Steve’s behaviour instead she also berated my sister for the review followed by telling them they could remain for the night, she attempted to make my family believe she was doing them a favour by letting them stay, when my family was giving them business. After these interactions I arrived at the motel to visit my family. I spoke with Barb who told me they were in room 11. Upon entering the hotel room I was advised of the above events. My mum and sister decided after being kicked out and abused for leaving a review they did not feel comfortable staying there anymore. My sister and I approached Barb and Steve with the intention of having a healthy constructive conversation to ask for a refund for that night’s accommodation. My sister advised that they were leaving as they did not feel comfortable staying there. Barb berated my sister about the review again. My sister advised she did not feel comfortable in staying after being verbally abused by the both Barb and Steve. Barb advised that My sister abused Steve which my sister replied she was only advising him that she is entitled to leave a review. Barb continued to raise her voice and not let anyone speak. When my sister did try to speak she was told by Barb to “Shut Up’. On several occasions Barb said to me “Tell your sister to shut up” Barb continuously referred to my sister in a sarcastic tone as “a little gem” and asked her what she is doing with her life. When my sister did get a chance to speak Barb made actions with her hands open and closing them in a talking motion while making childish noises, which was belittling to my sister. I observed Barb to have similar behaviours to a 5 yr old child. When I stepped in to advocate on my sisters behalf I was met with the comment “oh so the whole family is like this” To try and conclude the interaction I asked Barb if a refund would be issued for the Sunday nights’ accommodation. The reply I got was “I’ll action it accordingly” When I asked her what that meant Barb didn't clarify. I was finally told that My mum would need to contact booking.com to ask for a refund. Barb advised that booking.com would contact the motel and Barb would action the refund accordingly. Again I asked what she meant by accordingly. Barb then asked if I would like a dictionary to look up the word accordingly. With still no clarity if a refund would be received the hotel ask us to leave and called the police. My sister did call Steve a d#@khead after he called the police, for wasting emergency services resources. We did contact booking.com and the hotel has issued a refund which we were entitled to. Never again will anyone in my extended family stay here.

We stayed here as the Hotels/Motels in Echuca were very expensive. Well to say we were surprised was an understatement. The rooms we booked (one family room = big double and two singles and a double room) were extremely clean, modern, well put together. Park right outside your room, table and chairs out front too. The bathroom was again modern, clean and had amenities like toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo etc. Something we were not expecting. The mattress was firm, plenty of pillows, milk in the fridge and very quiet. Would highly recommend staying here. The town itself, well what a surprise. We wanted somewhere to eat, so we walked the kilometre through the town passing very nice UK style brick homes, didn't see any graffiti or litter, everyone said hello to the Kyabram club on Allan Street. Had a fantastic meal there and some drinks in a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was dressed smart, which is very different to Melbourne and QLD where no one really cares. Would I stay here again? Absolutely

Great clean room, comfy bed with well stocked coffee,tea, sugar and mugs and real milk. Great cooked breaky. Friendly owners who are happy to recommend restaurants and places around town to see. Would recommend

Everything you need at a reasonable price.good room. Good bed. Good shower. Close to pub for a meal which was also a good feed. Thanks. Trip advisor is silly because it wants minimum 200 letters per review.
