One of the best motels we have ever been. The reception and management were most friendly and kind. Very generous. The pool and spa was amazing, and just a walking distance from the beach. Things that can improve is clothing line (possibly?), refill toilet papers esp for long staying guests, uncover the spa during the opening hours.

The beds were very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The shower was fantastic with great pressure and heaps of hot water. For basic accommodation, it was far better than we were expecting. We would happily stay again.

Great option for a short stay. Easy parking and convenient access to The Otways, it was just what we needed on our road trip. There are no dining facilities, but Apollo Bay is just 5 mins drive and has plenty of options (check out Little Crumb Bakery for the best breakfast you have had in a long while!). Beds were comfortable and the room was warm, with plenty of hot water for showers. A fridge with freezer section was handy to keep the ice blocks frozen overnight for our chilly bin. We didn't use much else as we were up and out fairly early and back late in the evening. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are visiting The Otways.

Value for money is great. The unit was spacious enough and had a kitchenette. We were there in winter and the pool was great for a cold water plunge. Most places with an outdoor pool don't maintain them over the colder months, but they kept the filtration pump going so the water was clean. The motel is a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Walk. I highly recommend this.
