Area is quiet, with a Coles Express just across the road. Each unit has its own parking spot, and rooms have their own AC, microwave, fridge, toaster, TV. Linens and towels provided. Overall clean, especially the bed and bathroom. Corners were a bit dusty but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't fix.

2/5 There wasn’t enough towels provided Need better quality pillows Tv wasn’t working correctly ( didn’t have clear picture) Needed a bath mat A mop or a brush to clean the floor as we bought in all of the stuff from outside Also needed spare sheets The picture on the wall fell off overnight and hit me in the head. Needed a bigger bin and a stove to cook food. Would have liked somewhere to sit other than the bed to eat food. We had to eat our food in the bed which had crumbs in it at the end. There was also some trouble getting out as the cars from the other accommodation didn’t move over enough so we couldn’t get out. But it was easy to get into the property and the map was very helpful

Reception staff lovely and accomodating. Room could use additional pillows and blankets. Bed not that comfy and quite low to the ground.

The property needed some grounds maintenance (weeding, whipper snipping areas), parking areas very rough. No lighting when walking to room can be a trip hazard. Room was clean but cobwebs in doorway, around bathroom window. No face washes were provided and only 1 towel each for 2 days for 2 adults. Only had a little bin and nowhere to empty or recycle items.

Overall stay of 2 nights was good. The floor of the room was kinda dirty, there was sand when we first got there. I would have preferred a fitted sheet on the bed rather than a flat one so during the night I didn’t end up sleeping in the bare mattress. It would have also been nicer if there was hand soap in the bathroom rather than dishwashing liquid (and more than a tiny amount). Other than the above mentioned, it was a nice stay as it’s so close to the beach and bus stops.

Terrible customer service. No hot water on the first night which we were promised a refund and have since been completely ghosted by the company for weeks and haven’t received our money back. Receptionist was old man. Very unprofessional and kept coming up to our window unprompted which was very creepy. The pods are very small and barely ventilated so hot nights make it very stuffy. There was also what appeared to be dripping spray paint on the wall I’m guessing to cover a hole or something. Had to stand outside of the accomodation any time we needed to make a call or text or go on the internet because inside the reception was cut off. Also no wifi available to help that. Linen sheets were yellowish when turned over.
