A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 14 business days following the stay. - No cash.
Children from 3-12 years old need to pay the extra person rate of $35.00 per night per child.
Parking is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
There is a 2% credit card surcharge for MasterCard and Visa and a 3.5% surcharge for Amex and Diners.
Property won't be provided any daily housekeeping instead if any guest requests it, need to pay AUD 35 per session
If any extra towel is required, guests are required to pay an extra fee of AUD 2.
Please note that this property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.
