Kamar compact bersih. Interior nice. Pelayanan nice. Walaupun di atas bar, tapi tenang nggak bising. Mau ke station, taman, dan Queen Victoria Building dekat bisa jalan kaki. Dekat supermarket WoolMart.

The room was small but that is all I wanted. Very clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating. For just a person such as myself that was in Sydney overnight for an old job reunion it was very good. It was better than some of the more expensive places I have seen on line and would not hesitate to stay there again if i was to go back to Sydney.

From the start I was welcomed warmly and delighted to find a hand written note with chocolates in my beautiful spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and everything was spotless. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting the city. A 15/20 minute walk to the CBD and lots of attractions nearby. The room was beautiful, giving Parisian vibes. Super clean and cosy. The bed was so comfy, I had a brilliant night's sleep. The Library was the coolest!! Loved how relaxed the breakfast environment was. Completed with a great mix of continental options, tea and coffee, I loved it! (Only criticism is that something a little savoury would be nice). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also went to the rooftop bar and tried some of their cocktails. Super chill, with a great view of the Sydney skyline at night. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you.

The Strand was an unexpected jewel of a hotel. The staff were caring, attentive and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a surprise. The room was clean and was above expectations. 10 strars.

The Strand is a historical aged hotel but kept in good condition. The rooms are small but clean. The hotel doesn't have an elevator but it is only 3 stories high. Also, the staff carried the luggage to your room. We loved Gloria who attended to our needs. The complimentary breakfast was limited but nice. One main plus was the hop on hop off bus stopped across the street from the hotel. The metro bus also stopped there too! Lastly, the cruise port terminal at Circular Quay was very close to us. About $32 Aus by taxi. We would stay there again if in town.

This is lovely, quaint hotel. There are no elevators, but a maze of staircases! It was fun. Only 17 or 18 rooms. Gloria, at reception, was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I think we checked in around 11 a.m., and she asked if we’d had breakfast. When we said no, she offered to bring us up some breakfast! When we had breakfast the next day, it was lovely - a nice assortment of cold foods - banana bread, cookies, fruit, granola, yogurt and cold meats like prosciutto. Orange juice, too. Each floor had a water station, with cold water and hot water for tea. Eco friendly!

In a good area of Sydney. Walking distance to the CBD. The room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Room was small for 2 suitcases and a lift would have made it a better star rating. Staff did help with luggage up the stairs. Not too expensive
