Big and nice room, we liked welcome drinks and free drinks in minibar (of course if you will pay for better room, so obviously you paid for this :)) ). Nothing more.
We didn't like the breakfast..Very messy in restaurant. Crumbs are everywhere.. Nothing to eat for the child. Glasses for juice are more appropriate for 'Shots in the bar', rather than juice. Its one sip, so you need to bring plenty. What's the point? Same with coffee cups. XXS cup, and they fill only half of it (and it's not espresso, normal black coffee or even cappuccino). Again - what's the point? You are laughing from your guests, when doing that.
At the Check-in, we asked, if the restaurant is open, because we want to eat (we were family with small kid), and at the reception they said, oh no, restaurant is closed, so you should go outside the hotel to some Irish restaurant (not far away from hotel). We did that, and there was actually not restaurant but Irish pub, where everyone was smoking (and we were with a kid, so nice recommendation from reception staff). Best thing is - when we came back later to the hotel, we saw that the restaurant in the hotel is actually open. Big surprise! It was probably too hard to say, that their restaurant will open soon..
Very uncomfortable parking, the luggage has to be taken up the stairs. So first unload your luggage and all your belongings at the hotel, then park your car.
