Hotel is very nice. Stayed here few times. Rooms are nice and very clean, beds are comfortable. Rooms have balcony and some of them with nice view over the local areas. Would recommend to stay for business or leisure.

Очень чистый отель Отличный!!! Стаф очень улыбчивый и дружелюбный !!! Очень довольна !!! Super very clean luxury hotel!!! Thanks a lot!!!! And stuff is very polite !!!my choice is always only Ayan palace even Im going to visit georgia I stay in this hotel for a night !!!

I am not commenting on the decoration of the hotel. It is not to my taste but this is a minor issue. This is rated as a five star hotel. The hotel is definitely comfortable, with good rooms with balconies, good beds, proper bathrooms. However, the staff have certainly not been fully trained to operate a five star hotel although they generally try to be helpful. Apart from the two receptionists I met, most of them speak no Russian or English, which is a bit of a problem. I would have expected that at any time the restaurant has at least one waiter speaking Russian but this was not the case. Also they seem to be very nervous about guests not paying their drinks and request immediate payment, which again is not quite adequate in a hotel supposed to be five-star. Internet is good both in the lobby and in the rooms. The breakfast needs some improvements (coffee really not good). So do not be fooled by the five-star rating, this is not a five-star hotel. It is certainly a reasonable place without any big issues.

It was a terrible experience. There was very cold outside and our group got rooms without any heater and they were very cold. When we ask to replace the rooms at the reception we was told that there are no free room. It was very strange, cause as we saw there almost no people were at the hotel. After near the hour arguing suddenly rooms were found. The breakfast seems to be for 3 star hotel. Food was cold, no coffee and no juices. You want to ask for a cappuccino, wait for about a hour. Terrible....
