We had a really comfortable stay for whole 1 week.
All the staff was very nice but especially Mr. Goran in the reception was very helpful, friendly yet very professional.
The spa was great not many people really a spot to come and just relax.
Pity that the hammam was not functioning because the glass door was broken.
We had everything working well apart that.
The house we stayed in was equipped with everything we needed including a BBQ.
Unquestionably, We will come back.

So, we came here just after the corona lockdown was stopped. It was great, i can certainly recommend it, especially considering price/quality, the staff really helpful. The restaurant was price quality (and considering a 4 yo) super. Sure you will have people complain that there are better hotels, better food,... but considering what you pay; it s awesome. The cocktails by the way are also by the way super (and the irish coffee perfect 😀).

Room was only cleaned on day 3 of a 4 night stay. Excuse was covid regulations! Also, breakfast overpriced. Location in Barvaux good for outdoor activities but poor for bars and restaurants. Need a car.

Very noisy, you really hear everything happening in the other rooms 😤
Very good breakfast and very kind service
Nice walk to Durbuy .
Very clean. Welness, nice swimming pool. Jacuzzi en sauna was not warm enough

The hotel and everything in it, including staff, food, swimming pool is for the highest mark. I fully recommend this hotel not only for one night but for some short holiday. I would advice a little music in restaurant and swimming pool as well.
