Very pleasant stay at this hotel. I've stayed a number of times all always enjoy staying here. All members of staff are extremely helpful from checking to ordering taxis etc. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

First date, we went to bruselles and when we come, somebody entered into our room and use the toilet. And the last day we were waiting 1 hour in the airport because of the bad service of the taxis....

A very nice short stay before the flight. Very clean room and bathrooms. Very close to the airport. I can highly recommend this hotel to all passengers using Charleroi Airport who need to sat overnight.

The room was huge, clean and newly renovated. The bathroom was really nice and well kept. The breakfast was tasty and well combined. Overall it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use their services again

Friendly personnel. Great service We.gotba message before arrival.that the restaurant would be closed during our stay if it's a problem.for is we could cancel but we were allowed food delivered from.outside They even offered us a table.in the restaurant if we wanted. As it was new years we took.a.bottle.of champagne.and.they provides glasses and ice bucket Really attentive Pick up.service great and our car was safe during our stay at the hotel.
