After reading reviews on other websites, I was a little hesitant about staying here for two nights. Given the beautiful weather last weekend, there weren't many other travel options, so we made the decision to reserve a double and a single room at chez phil. What a beautiful surprise this small hotel was. Recently renovated single room I remained in. One person would love it. The bed was very comfortable, with a contemporary bathroom and shower that was only small but very good water quality compared to some other showers you may occasionally see in hotels. The space was also very tidy. It was situated on the road, which was occasionally noisy, but it wasn't a problem for me because I slumber on earplugs. Although it was really hot outside over 30 degrees, the room was still not too hot. Simple breakfast, but certainly sufficient. Both the proprietor and the two girls who served our dinner the first night were also very nice. This location offers excellent value for money.

Given the lovely weather, there weren't many other options for our trip last weekend, so we decided to reserve a double and a single room at chez phil. What a nice surprise this tiny motel presents. I remained in a brand-new single room. One individual could use it. The bed had a very nice mattress, was modern, had its own restroom and shower, and while the bathroom was tiny, it provided excellent water quality compared to some of the other hotels you occasionally get. The room was as well clean. It was on the street, which could be noisy at times, but that was not a problem for me since I use earplugs. Although it was quite hot outside over 30 degrees, the room wasnt too hot. Simple but decent breakfast. The owner, as well as the two girls who served us dinner the first night, were also really friendly. This location provides excellent value for the money.
