Clients are often groups of friends having good time and not always quiet. Except this, the hotel is modern, clean warm and with lot of choice about diner and walks. I recommend them while traveling with kids or with friends.

The hotel itself is not too bad, A bit old and tired, about what you can expect from looking at the pictures and the name. It mainly serves as a group accommodation for outdoor activities so it seems. It is clearly a budget option but the 77Euros a night charge is way overpriced. We only stayed because other options were no longer available

Did not look too bad on the adverts, that's where any good ended. On arrival at 5pm the caretaker was eventually found. Showed us to our rooms(?). Basic is not the word. Bed, small analogue TV, shower and toilet. Very unloved room, although fairly clean. The blurb said there was a restaurant, no such thing. I know it was winter but the advert did not say the NO food or drink was available. No breakfast offered and no tea or kettle in the room, although I know this is not the norm Unless you go in the middle of the summer or carry your own kitchen, stay well away

This is more like a hostel, or similar budget accomodation. That said, the hot shower at the end of our kayaking, was heaven. A nice enough room for one night for friends to share. There wasn't much in the way of places to dry things, so I was glad it was only for one night. The beds were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from any other guests. The one electrical socket we might have used to charge our phones, didn't work.

We stayed here as a group of motorcyclists on a budget. We had a room for 5 in single beds. The room split into 2 with 3 of us upstairs on a mezzanine floor. The climb up a near vertical ladder was precarious but doable. The toilet and shower was fine with plenty of hot water. The first night we were woken by drunks coming in at 5 in the morning but after that the rest of the stay was quiet. For 3 nights including an adequate breakfast we paid £70 a head which was good value. There is a very pleasant river beside the hotel which catered for many canoeists. There is a nice bar and cheap eating area beside the river a stones throw from the hotel which was nice to relax in after a days riding around the Ardennes. I would recommend this as a nice budget place for a few days. We had to get a taxi into Dinant in the evenings but there is a pleasant bar with food at the end of the street where the hotel is situated.
