I have visited this magical place several times and I always return to it.It is the place to be at the beginning and the end of your trip if you do self-drive or just want to have a unique experience,be sure to stay a few days and let yourself be pampered, the staff is super friendly and the owners fantastic people it is Julie who has made some incredible changes over the years and made this place even more special than it already was. No lack of game viewing they have everything from zebra giraffe etc ... to cheetah, leopard and lions, also the Ellie's' elephants) in tuli are special, the only place where I have seen tuskless elephants ans my first meetings with painted dogs who became my favourites, game viewing isguaranteed in both winter and spring seasons when I was there, and a paradise for birders Stuart is a fantastic tracker and guide but Zack and Gerry also know their trade, everything is immaculate and the food is very tasty, the number of places is limited which means that you are almost alone so you have everything to yourself, a jewel that fortunately has not been discovered by everyone! My last stay was april 2019 and my first stay 2010 when stuart was stil giving tracking courses , I promise you will always want to go back !

I had the best experience I could ever have wished for! From the accommodation, to the food to the game drives. Everything was absolutely perfect! I loved every second. Jerry (the tour guide) has eyes like an eagle. He could see everything which made sure you would get the chance to see all the wildlife. Absolutely incredible experience!

The camp is remotely located and creates the perfect bush-veld inexperience. Julie and the staff are all very friendly, helpful and eager to please. Accommodation is in permanent safari tents and are clean and well maintained. The common area overlooks a lit waterhole where excellent meals are served by Gabbie, the chef, and her helpers. Meals are well presented and very tasty. Jerry the driver is very well informed and he goes the extra mile to make the most out of your game drives. Game sightings were excellent and the Tuli Wilderness is a birders paradise. If you are looking for Africa at its best then I recommend a few nights here.

We've spent 6 days in Serolo bush camp and never a dull moment. Every day we've been discovering a different part of the estate. Tuli wilderness is extremely diverse and offered many exciting sightings. From leopards scanning the area from a tree branch to dung beatles rolling their overweight treasures into the shade of a sheppard's bush filled with hundreds of migrating brown-veined white butterflies. We'd already visited Tuli a few times in the dry season, but this visit during the green season was absolutely magical. The area was soo much alive, new life emerging from every corner of the estate, rivers were flowing, babies being born every day still and devil's thorn blooming as far as the eye could see. We saw elephant herds crossing the river with matriarchs pushing their babies to the river banks. Baboons carrying their newborns up magnificant trees, baby warthdogs, impala, zebra, wildebeest, eland, water bucks, 4 lion cups laying with full bellies on a dusty road and 8 hyena cups in a den waiting to be suckled. I certainly do not qualify is a ''birder'', but I enjoyed the birding season nonetheless (how can you not!), Got to know new species and loved the bush concerts in the morning (even quit setting my alarm clock because the bush alarm worked spot-on). True, it usually is a bit harder to see a lot of game during the green season, but boy what an abundance we experienced here. You can't ''program'' nature but the upside is... Every sighting felt extra special, a real treat. We hiked to the top of Eagle Rock were 360 degrees of heaven unfolded. But truly magical was our unexpected valentine's bush diner by candle light pulled together by Julie and the incredible serolo staff. Under the most beautiful starry sky we dined with the rumble of Elephants and the call of the hyenae in the background. A moment of true hapiness. We feel humble, grateful, lucky to have been part of this beautiful place for a little while. To be able to disconnect from the daily rush and fuss. To embrace beauty and simplicity (with or without bugs) and to open up again. We feel enriched & can't wait to be back!

I stayed at Tuli Wilderness Serolo camp with my husband and my brother for two nighs in the middle of February. It was our second trip to Tuli Wilderness and we loved it! The campsite is in the shade of big trees, which is good for hiding from the hot summer sun. The tents are equipped with shower and toilet so no need to go out into the wild at night, unless you want to see the beautiful night sky. The staff and the guides are very warm, friendly and careing people and the food is excellent! The rains of 2020 have been generous and the nature was very lush! In the winter of 2019 the scenery was totally different, but still beautiful! I love the Tuli Wilderness because of its wilderness -- there is no other tourists around and you have the place all to yourself! :)
