Maravilhosa excelente comidas, drinks maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos, parque aquático excelente poderia ter uma área kids pois tinha poucas opções para crianças q não fosse na piscina e o acesso sem elevador e muitas escadas.

O Resort em si não deixa nada a desejar..Tudo o que eles propõe a fazer..Fazem bem feito..Um ponto alto da estadia são os funcionários...Os recreadores são incriveis..Estão todos de Parabéns. Um ponto negativo é a falta de consciencia dos hospedes..Não todos...Mas uma parte muito mal educada e sem noção de limpeza...Deixando copos na piscina, no chão, desperdicio de comida..Enfim não é culpa do hotel...Mas voltarei com certeza, pois foi um dos lugares mais animados que já presenciei...Obrigado pela recepção.

O ponto alto do hotel durante a minha estadia foi a cordialidade dos funcionários, todos foram muito prestativos e ágeis. O que pode melhorar é por ser um hotel numa área apenas hoteleira, sem comércio na região, deveria ter funcionalidades e facilidades de A&B por 24 horas.

Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel. Simplesmente incrível, os funcionários são muito educados, a estatura do hotel é muito boa além dele ser lindo! Recomendo demais, nas duas hospedagens fizemos viagens de casal é ótima para se despedir, descansar e pra quem gosta de uma praia mais tranquila.

Foi uma experiência boa no geral. Porém o banheiro tinha infiltração e quando íamos tomar banho alagava tudo. Outro ponto, o checo-um as 14, mas nosso quarto não estava pronto. O check-out é ao meio dia, mas não podemos fazer o checkout do quarto e continuar na piscina, achei um ponto negativo já que em outros hotéis tem essa opção, já que a diária não completa as 24 horas.

O Atendimento pelo telefone para reservas ou dúvidas é horrível, funcionários mal educados e nenhum um pouco prestativo, atendimento ao chegar no hotel na recepção, foi incrível atendente super educado, e prestativo, a maioria dos funcionários educados e prestativos. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar no tamanho, quarto seria para 4 pessoas, as camas ficaram bem juntar e sem espaço para circulação. O All inclusive é um pouco limitado, falta opções de cervejas por exemplo, refrigerantes são em garrafas de 2l para se servir, bem chato ficar levantando pra ir buscar, os petiscos próximo a piscina são bem limitados, sem variedades e falta sabor. Estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga.

Hospedagem boa, quarto limpo. Achei poucas opções de comida. A área kids e salão de jogos precisa ser melhorada, é muito fraca. A higiene da piscina também deixava a desejar. É um bom hotel, mas não resort.
