Very disappointing accommodations! It’s a hotel for families, not for adults needing lodging close to Iguazu Falls. Has many facilities for kids, lots of water park activities. Many of the children are very unruly without even an adult in sight while they run all over the lobby & screech all the way down the hall after most people’s bed time. AC very tricky to control. Way too hot, then sooo cold another cover was needed on the bed, but no extra covers of any kind in the room. Bathroom gross with grout missing between tiles, with way too much black mold & mildew. Shower spout looked rready to fall off, also caked with black mold & mildew. Ceiling lamp in bathroom was blinking on & off. No lamps to accommodate reading in bed.
Christian at front desk gave me his extension for any thing needed. He did help when called—got someone to help with AC. Someone else to install light bulb in bathrm.
Got in after 11 pm & had to wake up roommate cuz to help with AC.key didn’t work. That happened several more times with both keys after we each got new keys. Housekeeper on our floor —4th—helped us get in once, but 2nd time her key wouldn't work either! She then called from our room to get someone here to fix the door lock. It needed newnot have so many batteries. Then Susanna came & helped with AC AND went & got extra blankets for us. The staff here are amazingly helpful but in less than 2 days we should not have to deal with so much frustration & so much waste of time. Front desk so busy that getting help with keys is waste of time. Thanks to the staff who knew whom to call & got people here to solve the problems. Hotel not well- kept up. Tour groups of adults should find lodging without so many children’’s activities.
