If the owner, Mr Lazarov is still living onsite, beware, he likes to defraud people. He was renting our villa out without our knowledge and without paying us. Lovely place, which is why we bought a villa there but we suffered so many problems right up to the point of sale at which point we discovered yet more fraud for which we had to employ a lawyer to sort.

We had a great stay, few things to be worked on, but overall was great! I would recommend this place and would stay there again! Just so you know it is no longer evergreen palace but something "the secret..,"

The location of that hotel is stunning, it is literally in nature and in the mountain. I liked the pool and the river exactly next to the hotel.
Also the food was tasteful and the staff quite friendly. I stayed at the suite without balcony. It is like a loft and my kids found it awesome.
It definitely has value for money.

We went there for a weekend. The people at the reception was friendly and our room really spacious with awesome view to the pool and the mountains!
At the pool they had a flamingo and my wife got crazy with the photos. The next day we went at the waterfalls pretty close to the hotel which was an amazing experience.
Also nice buffet with variety and quality food. If you love nature go there.

Was amazing rest! We spend so nice time. Amazing careful staff, clean swimming pool, great room. And natures like in fair-tale. I will happy to come back here again with my family and kids! ReAlly relax place
