Seems like a good idea, doesn't it: Enormous rooms, two-story rooms, kitchen (without any equipment)? Problem is that it does not work! The rooms are so large, with no balcony that claustrophobia oddly enough immediately engulfs you. Because of the size of the rooms, the AC does not work at all. No elevator so you have to walk four floors to get to the restaurant. The restaurant's "free breakfast" consisted of last night's cold pizza and beans. Coffee machine at breakfast does not work and the staff do not seem to know what they are doing even though they try their best. There are much better hotels - such as the Roca Golf (to which I moved) to choose from. In sum, a bad management design, poorly defined and poorly executed. Avoid at all cost. Sorry my friends but you should try another line of work.

Notre équipe a été très bien reçue. Nourriture et accueil excellent. Personnel disponible en permanence et disponible pour satisfaire vos demandes. Nous étions en sécurité et nous avons passé un bon séjour en toute tranquillité.
