The staff at this hotel are some of the kindest individuals I’ve met in the industry. Breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of options. One of the best mattresses I’ve slept on in SE Asia.

This is a quaint little hotel not quite centre of the city service is beautiful staff non intrusive rooms small but adequate no street noise It’s near a big shopping centre Eon and a thriving food market dentist ( I had a tooth problem) Main thing is it’s got reasonable rates. I booked for 6 nights ended up staying 11 Left Luggage NOW THIS Is Important. Should you wish to travel around Cambodia or elsewhere don’t matter. These guys would allow you to leave you luggage for as long as it takes for FREE. I am in Malaysia at the moment my 20 kg are still there. This is not advertised but ask and you shall receive. MOSQUITOES Cambodia is mosquito country. These guys have long corridors and burn citronella oil at each end. A similar contraption is also in your room . I think I gad 1 mossie bit while I stayed there and I am not sure it was not from waiting gor street food one evening Breakfast Simple maths says buy your room with breakfast with booking you are buying breakfast at $1.09 for all the beans eggs rice French fries coffee orange drink stir fry salad fruit salad( did I say coffee) you can eat drink Had my breakfast at 9.30 am finished at 10.30 (was on holiday for goodness sake I can afford to take my time) and this carried me till dinner Been to Phnom Penh 10 times this is the first time I found such an agreeable hotel. I am Australian we are not known for tipping. I did tip here at check out

Very accommodating and helpful staff. Air conditioning worked well and wifi did too (although the signal would get weak late at night when everyone is back in their room). Breakfast buffet is pretty good and includes fruit, coffee, and orange juice. Tuk tuk ride through grab are cheap and within walking distance of Aeon mall (if you need to use credit card or exchange money). #ExclusiveTrail recommends

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville, on peut faire pas mal de visites et d'activités à pieds. Il faut marche un peu si on veut sortir. L'accueil était super. La propreté est nikel, le hall, les chambres et salles de bains aussi. Le petit déjeuné est sous forme de buffet mais s'il manque des choses ils nous servent avec le sourir. Je vous le recommande à 100%

When we got there on the first floor, the path to our room was a very small isle and the room was very awful. The door can not close properly, theres a gap between the door frame and the key can not work properly. The bedsheet has tiny holes that are clearly visible. The tiny pillow has appeara gel stains 4. The bathroom is very small and the water pressure is very slow, but it also has some advantages such as the location and room wifi which is not very fast but enough.

Positive I choose a family room for 4 people and the size of the room is quite large and suitable for 4 of us. The location is excellent. The hotel faces Vera sky bar, but I do not recommend it for foreigners. lots of her teenagers there. Birthday parties and loud voices. It takes only 35 minutes to walk from the hotel to the neon mall and 510 minutes to walk to the independent monument. You can also find nearby fast food and convenience shops around the hotel. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Parking staff is very helpful. The lady front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Its good that there is a minibar in our room. The beds are not very soft but acceptable. The ac worked well. Negative the bathroom drain is very smelly. The bathroom door cant be locked. It is not broken, but due to the wrong design. The male front desk staff is not friendly and disrespectful. He didnt smile and his face expressions were like he was annoyed. He even mocked my cousins face. People shouldnt mock the appearance of other people.

I booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and the room was ready in time. The best location is 1015 to Royal Place. 1015 min to Naga World. Only go to neon 1 supermarket. Only on a private Monday.
