Hotel ini bagus. Namun, proses check-in lama. Kamarnya luas dan kamar mandinya bagus, cocok untuk jalan-jalan bersama teman, tapi AC-nya kurang dingin. Ada bar di lantai atas dengan suasana yang luar biasa. Staf yang menyenangkan.

A fantastic place to stay, the quality, cleanliness, and comfort of the room were among the best ive seen in southeast asia. Extremely comfortable beds and a nice, spacious bathroom. Additionally, the hotels facilities were excellent, with a small gym with enough weight for even stronger guys to get a good workout in. Additionally, there were two pools at both of their bars and restaurants on the ground floor and the top floor. The food in both of these was excellent and tasted better than anything else we ate in cambodia. The hotel is about a 20 or 30 minute walk from the river where all the bars are, and maybe 20 minutes from the central market. At night, a street next to the hotel is usually very busy with people enjoying food and drinks. The staff was this hotels greatest asset, with everyone working there being extremely kind and helpful at all times and facilitating everything we wanted.

The room was clean, but not the best smilling in the hotelroom. The hotel room was quite clean, but there were some dark spots at the bottom of the shower. The bed is comfortable. Very nice rooftop with swimming pool.

Tempat tidur yang bersih dan nyaman. Kamar kembar mikroskopis, sulit untuk dilalui. Kamar mandi sebagian tergenang air pancuran. The hotel is well located, and the staff are friendly, but there are some improvements that need to be made. Every time we entered the bedroom, there was a humidify smell. So the first thing we did was start the air conditioner each time to renew the air. The isolation is really bad, you can see the light from the hallway all around my room door. The pros are the location is very good, close to good restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and dedicated to their best.

Amazing place, except that about 40 of the employees operate the elevators. Theres only one elevator, and they dont seem to care about the customers who use it. You can realistically wait 10 minutes each time you need to use the elevator.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the citys tourist district, with many restaurants and bars nearby. A westernstyle mall can be reached on foot in ten minutes. The spa services were excellent and reasonably priced, very flexible with booking appointments, and were able to facilitate a short notice reservation, but we strongly recommend booking in advance. There were no lounge areas in the pool area, only a bar area sitting in both pool areas. The buffet breakfast had limited options and the food was frequently cold. However, the food ordered from their menu was excellent and delicious. The hotel has a very longterm happy hour.

Pros the location is great on bassac street, chill breezy relaxed rooftop pool and bar, extremely comfortable bed, amazing after 1 year in Asia as it is uncommon, clean, light, spacious rooms with lots of electrical plugs, great value. Cons a bit of hallway noise leaks into the room because the door material and fit are not very sealed, if they added insulation and seals to the room doors it would greatly improve the comfort of the room.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and you can skip lunch after it. A good hotel in the heart of the city. Although the rooms may not be large, they are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

This place is truly remarkable. It has become my preferred destination whenever i visit phnom penh. The staff are highly professional, providing impeccable service. The rooms are elegant, with comfortable beds and spacious and clean bathrooms. Its central location makes it ideal for those who enjoy exploring the city. The pool in the restaurant is a delightful experience. There is a stunning view from the rooftop, and there is another small pool where you can relax and sip away at any time of day. While the elevator may be a bit slow, if you are patient like i am, this is a minor issue. The gym is small, but it provides everything you need, and the gym also offers a fantastic view. I have stayed in three different room levels, and each one was exceptional. The wifi is stable, which is crucial for me because i work from the room, taking conference calls frequently. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful gem.

The hotel has a lot of charm. It appears to be relatively new, despite the room having a stuffy odor. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathtub, but the shower had a lot of leaks. Has two pools, one of which is located on the rooftop and offers a pleasant view. Excellent service and an excellent location!.
