Beautifully maintained hotel built in the 1880’s: what a treat to stay here, conveniently located in the heart of St. Andrews. Staff was very friendly & accommodating when we had to change our check in date.

Notre coup de coeur du voyage. On entre dans un restaurant et on traverse le restaurant pour arriver au comptoir. La serveuse/barmaide nous accueil et nous enregistre. Rendu à la chambre, on ne peut qu'être subjugué par sa beauté et son confort. Un petit bijou d'une autre époque. Parfait pour faire une promenade avec les enfants. À quelques pas du bord de l'eau. Nous avons été ravis par la localisation de l'hôtel, le personnel aimbale, la nourriture du restaurant et toute l'expérience. Nous allons certainement y retourner. Merci à vous

LOVE KENNEDY HOUSE! St Andrews-by-the-Sea is such a gem of a spot that we had stumbled upon when visiting the East Coast a few years back. Always a pleasure to return! Decided to book Kennedy House via Expedia, hoping we had made a good choice… and WOW did we ever!!! LOVED our stay! Dominic the owner greeted us warmly at checkin and we immediately felt at home! We had booked a King room #100 on 1st floor with balcony access! Loved sitting out there, comfortable seating, perfect spot to relax! Room was very clean, really comfortable bed with nice bedding. AC worked perfectly! Bathroom is not big, typical of a home built in 1881, but all was functional. There was even a little kitchenette! Perfect location downtown on Water St, close to many restaurants and shops! Downstairs on main floor of Kennedy House is a pub-like restaurant/bar that is open from 12 noon until 10ish. They have outdoor seating on the veranda in the front of the house. Truly enjoyed that!!! Loved Julie our server/bar tender, great old-fashioned night caps! The next day we had lunch there, Tara was our server, loved the lunch special: lobster roll with fries, served with either the daily soup (tomato basil) or blueberry pie! ALL was delicious! In the evening, we returned and we were served by Margot, the owner Dominic’s daughter and we even got to meet Fred,his son! Truly beautiful people! We shared the baked haddock served with mashed potatoes and salad! We also had the grilled corn on the cob, all yumm
