Friendly and nice business hotel. Very safe. Rooms and all very clean and in good shape. Delicious breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner. During the week they have a nice buffet there. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Can recommend it for your city visit.

I truly enjoyed my time in Conception, great rooms, venue and location. Staff is very kind and services are very good.
There's a large variety of food for breakfast and dining, also appreciated the courtesy of barman and the wide choice of drinks.

I'm usually quite tough with the evaluations but this time I must say that all members of the hotel staff is aligned to the same values which is to care about their customers. The room was comfortable and well equipped. It s not a fancy 5 stars hotel but for a business stay, it is exactly what is needed. Gym opens 24/7 and breakfast offers variety. Would i ever come back to Concepcion, I will go to the same hotel

A very good hotel, with an excellent breakfast. The service was friendly and the meeting rooms are of an excellent standard. The wifi connection is quite spectacular as I measured almost 100 MB/s, which is quite above the usual standard.

A contemporary hotel with friendly staff, room was comfy and clean, close to the train station with walk-able distance to downtown. Breakfast was included and the food options was plentiful and delicious. Would stay again for next visit to Concepción.
