Although the hotel is clean, nice, comfortable, it has the worst internet that I've ever seen. I called a few times to check why it was so horrible, but the managers not only completely disregarded the quality of internet, they had the stones to say that nobody else was complaining. To be fair, I was sent here by the Health Department of Chile in what they call "Sanitary Residence" of 5 days, after arriving to the country. The thing is you have to stay in your room and are forbidden to get out for 5 days, that's why good internet is important.
To put matters into perspective, From 6 am to 10 am there is enough internet to send a few emails and get some work done (20 mbps), after that, and I imagine because most of the passengers wake up and use the internet, you'll be looking at about 1.2 - 4 mbps, not ideal by any standards.
