I booked a room I had to cancel due to hurricanes.
I sent them an email to check if a change was possible or book for new dates. They did not even answer! That's how great they are.
I was so surprised that I mentioned what happened to my colleagues and, surprise again, some of them stayed in this hotel and were very upset with the way they were treated (kitchen closing at 22.30 that does not want to prepare a cup of tea at 22.10, etc etc).
They are bad at gaining customers.
They are bad at retaining customers.
They are bad. So bad I think they are the best at being bad!
