This hotel is on a tree lined neighborhood, very quiet compared to downtown Santiago. It’s location is close to the Tobalaba metro station and a big Lider supermarket. You have to check in at a different hotel, which is very close to this hotel (1 minute walk). The staff were professional, friendly and spoke English well. The room was spacious and very quiet. I don’t think the maid cleaned the bathroom floor or tub every day, but other than that small oversight, everything was perfect with the housekeeping. The breakfast, which is located in a different hotel (2 minute walk), was good. We went at 6:30 as we were going on a tour to Valparaíso at 7:00. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but the was no coffee ready, but the breakfast selection was good. There is a small pool, but it wasn’t too inviting as there was debris in the pool (insects) and not enough umbrellas to provide shade. It was very hot while we were in Santiago, but the air conditioning was quiet and easy to adjust. I would stay there again.
