This hotel charges top dollar, however the offering is below standard. I was staying there for 7 nights from 12 to 19 January 2019. The internet was slow (less than 5megabits per second download) and frequently went off. The carpets have stains on them. I got bitten by bed bugs in my room and upon reporting this to reception they merey moved me to a different room and didn't give the matter the extreme urgency that such a thing would normally cause when reported to a hotel. The hotel is surrounded by seabirds that cause the most awful amount of noise and you will be woken by them as soon as first light breaks (long before the sun comes up)

If you have a choice avoid this place, very dated and noisy rooms. You know you are in trouble when the check-in is all with writing papers!! No computers!! Lol, same thing at the check out. Only positive thing was the wifi, strong and steady all over.

I stayed here for 3 days last week. Hot water is not always warm enough so take a shower or shave when its warm. Hotel is clean hower the bed cover was full of stains and lipstick..... Breakfast is very basic, much I did not like, I only liked the cheese and toast and that is what I had every day. Staff at desk does not know how to say good morning or any other form of salute, asked for a good restaurant and the person could not advise me. I guess the hotel is good enough for a 2.5 star rating. The hotel was paid for me, that made the stay ok .

The noise carries in this hotel so if people are up at 5am you WILL be woken and if they want to stay up shouting at each other all night you will be up all night too. The hotel,s response to this complaint - tough!!!

Good hotel, the buffet breakfast is excellent and the attention given from the staff is good. TV has a variety of channels. It is very near the key places of the city and you can walk everywhere. The pool in the main floor is small for a hotel like this. Internet connection was excellent.
