Hotel was good, but they asked for 1000 RMB security deposit. i respect their policy, but they must mention it at the time of booking. I am traveling from India and like me, who are coming from out of china, might not have this much RMB in their pocket. If they had mentioned it at the time of booking, I would have been made provision to provide security deposit and bought it when I was in India. Apart from this, they don't have any staff, who can fluently talk in English. Although, one person was able to understand only few words in english, but he didn't understand completely what I was trying to say. Every time, they pull up online translator and ask us to speak in that, then they speak and ask us to listen translation. If they want to provide international service, they must employ few staff who can able to understand and speak english. Apart from this, room was good, wifi was good, room were clean and no noise disturbance. All the things were quite good, but I had given three star only because of language problem.
