As a diamond member of Hilton, my room is upgrade to a standard suite. When check in, the reception is a bit inefficient but still tolerable.
The first night goes well except the cover of the TV remote is polluted by some uncertain liquid.
On the first morning, I found some glass clastic on the carpet in front of the sitting room sofa. This indicates the carpet was not cleaned before I checked in. I put the glass clastic on the tea table to remind the cleaner.
When I came back in the second night, things happened. No turn down service, no executive lounge delivery, no coffee bag refill, and the glass clastic is till there. Further more, I found the tea table is actually polluted by some disgusting liquid also. So I believe the whole sitting room was not properly cleaned before I arrive.
Fortunately I was not injured by the glass clastic but the service of the second night is obviously not met the standard of a business hotel such as doubletree.
