環境很好，酒店範圍很大，有人造沙灘及超大泳池，小朋友又有滑梯，很適合家庭旅客。自助早餐的咖啡、茶飲、麵包，熟食類、水果，每種都很多選擇，大食王一定滿意。雙人床房很大，帶有露台，乾濕分離，有淋浴及可看夜景的浴池。酒店員工很有禮貌，見到住客會主動打招呼及幫忙。

酒店員工很有禮貌，又有效率房間空間感大，有企缸和浴缸，地方乾淨，又有水果，小朋友拖鞋和牙刷提供設施方面，有人造沙灘（自備水泡或沙灘用具）水上滑梯，大水桶，小火車（圍繞沙灘走一圈），餵魚(魚糧$10），室外有個旋轉木馬，滑梯同小型playhouse(不用收費), 不過適合7歲以下小朋友。地點方便，華僑城站C出口一出就到（有一小段路沒有遮蓋，下雨要帶雨傘）酒店對面有walmart, 食肆選擇不多，我們坐一個地鐵站去世界之窗，有個商場叫益田假日廣場，熱鬧好多。

酒店是依西班牙風情去裝修，所以裏面有不少和牛有關的擺設。酒店的房間很大，裏面有寬敞的衣帽間、設有大浴缸的浴室和樓台。床和枕頭都很舒適。酒店佔地面積大既是優點也是缺點。好處是酒店可以給予每個住客一個頗大的房間和設有大的餐廳和泳池，但缺點是房間離電梯比較遠的住客需要走好一段路，但是酒店職員有主動提出可以幫忙將行李送到房間。酒店職員有禮貌，而且辦事效率挺快。這家酒店整體來說不錯，符合了我入住前對這家五星級酒店的基本期望。

They made my anniversary weekend amazing! This is now the only hotel I will book for now on. Hahaha! My trip started with Lynn Xie form customer service Center helping me plan my trip. Then Chuck from customer relations putting everything together (He’s extremely kind and listened to every detail the hotel is extremely lucky to have him) and upgrading my room. Eva and Alan, during breakfast were super kind. I have have never been to a hotel in Shenzhen where all employees say Hi and are always smiling. This hotel treats their employees well! The room is so warming, well designed, super clean, the bathroom is big, the mini bar is good, pillows are soft, balcony is great, the pool is awesome for kids. I will definitely book again and bring my daughter. To everyone thank you! My only request to have the newspaper early, I still didn’t get one. The red doll pillows are mine in the picture and gifts! Lol
