The waiters are friendly. The room is spacious enough and very comfortable. Kensington park is directly outside the door. Starbucks, Chinese restaurants, Italian restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and subway stations are all right across the street. Its very convenient. Breakfast ingredients in the hotel are very fresh and delicious, but waiting for a table takes ages. My only regret is that i didnt choose if my room faced the park. There might be octopus dolls missing in this room.

I was here for a twoday conference. The modern hotel is conveniently located, just ten minutes from high street, Kensington tube, and next to hyde park. For those who come for business meetings, the conference facilities are in the basement with no windows, but the catering for several hundred people was adequate.

I adore this location so much! I had to return to London in time for the graduation ceremony. The price, location, and view of Kensington gardens from the window are all excellent value for money, although the room is a little small and the full english breakfast is excellent.

The hotel boasts all the amenities required and is conveniently situated in the bustling Kensington neighborhood. It is close to the museum and the park, as well as shopping and dining options. Shopping is a breeze from here. The hotels management is excellent, and it is cozy, but be sure to say hello before checking in. There is an issue with the deposit.

I had a great time at the hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Although it would be wonderful if they offered halal meat options for guests from muslim backgrounds, the breakfast is excellent. I stayed in i had an amazing view of the park. While the room service menu is generally decent, ive been grateful unless they add fettuccine Alfredo the next time inshallah. Im going to recommend the lamb biryani. My overall experience received ten out of 10.

One of the most beautiful hotels in london. They provide excellent service, are cozy, and are in an excellent location. Everything is around you. The room is roomy and offers a lovely outlook. Its comfortable to sleep. There is amiable staff. When you ask for something, they assist you at all times. A 100pound visa deposit and 200 pounds in cash are required. Because of their lovely treatment, it is worthwhile to give it ten stars.

The ratio between price and performance is quite high. Kensington palace is directly outside the window, and the bus stop is right outside your door. There are many places to eat and shop nearby, as well as excellent public safety in the area.

In february 2024, i stayed here. Fantastic hotel. The rooms and staff are fantastic. My room had breakfast, which was a real treat, and vyam delivered it. She is also incredibly pleasant. Five stars for service. I will most certainly be back. Excellent location. Many thanks. Carol barton.

The rooms were really bright and wellkept, which i really liked. The receptionists were courteous and professional. I wholeheartedly endorse it because its in a fantastic location. It is not worthwhile to have breakfast included, therefore ive not advised it. Breakfast is served every day outside the hotel, so it is best to eat breakfast outside of the motel if you stay for many days because it remains the same every single day.

We will most certainly return. We spent six wonderful nights here. In contrast to the typical tiny rooms at landon, the room was roomy and had a breathtaking view of the hyde park. The location was ideal, and the personnel was friendly.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. From the moment we stepped out of the car until the minute we left, we were treated like royalty. What a fantastic hotel this is. The personnel were exceptionally courteous, polite, and attentive. Our room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. On our first night, min jiang, in the china restaurant, had dinner and had the Beijing duck. It was incredible. You must make reserving, but its well worth examining. We also dined at origins and spent the evening there on our second night at the piano bar. They had tenors who played the violin and sang.

Its an amazing 4 star hotel, i guess. It is in a great location, but most importantly, they have trained their staff so well. I stayed for eight days and had the opportunity to observe everything from housekeeping to room service, restaurants, front desk concierge, doors, etc.. The only downside if ive had to say was that their gym was tucked away from the hotel so you had no need to leave. Many thanks to the management and team.

The hotel is excellent, conveniently located near the palace and hyde park. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, as well as the service. Hyde Park is visible behind the hotel in the photo.

My husband and i stayed here from 21 to 22 for our first wedding anniversary on 21st of January. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Vyan served us in our room on both occasions. I want to express my gratitude to her for her wonderful service that she provided us. She was very professional and kind, and she made every effort to look after us both during our stay. Thank you.

The room is small, but the facilities are new and very clean. Its very convenient to Hyde park. When the weather is good, its good to go around. The surrounding area is relatively prosperous and the overall feeling is positive.
