객실을 리모델링해서 상당히 깨끗한 편입니다. 인터넷도 네이버, 카톡, 유튜브 모두 열립니다. 객실은 마음에 상당히 들지만, 조식은 그냥 그렇습니다. 주변 걸어서 갈만한 곳들이 많아서 좋습니다. 공항쪽 고속도로를 바로 들어갈수 있어서 상당히 편합니다. 공항 리무진도 무료구요.

Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental.

這次是入住行政房，整體入住體驗很不錯，跟萬豪酒店的行政房有得比，性價比很高，行政酒廊有提供一些食物，雖然我沒有碰，隔天也有提供一個野餐餐盒，裡面有一些水果麵包飲料。如果硬要說有什麼缺失，那就是沒有事前公告有空調系統更新的狀況，所以入住的時候很悶熱，窗戶打開之後就有比較好。另外飯店的早餐也算豐富，但我要特別提煎蛋的那位廚師，態度有點差，我沒注意到已經有煎好的，所以用牌子上的英文數字要了一下煎蛋捲，他一臉不耐煩的回：「蛤？蛤？你說什麼？」改用中文問他才回：「旁邊有啊。」最後一件事，因為要去機場，有跟櫃檯預約時間，櫃檯說會打電話給我通知要搭車，但是並沒有，提前到了在飯店門口等，以為是要開旁邊的機場接駁小巴，結果一直沒看到司機，等到時間到了看到門口有車子要走了，才衝過去問了一下門口人員，接駁車果真是要開走的那台，飯店的人也才衝過去幫忙攔車，差一點就沒坐上車。不過整體來說瑕不掩瑜。
