Hotel ini sangat bagus. Kamarnya rapi dan bersih dan memiliki pemandangan Pudong yang indah. Hotel ini memiliki restoran yang menyajikan makanan yang sangat enak, meskipun porsinya sederhana. Sarapan setiap hari sangat enak, tapi monoton. Setelah 3 hari menjadi membosankan. Staf penerima tamu sopan dan membantu dan nilai tukar mata uang adil. Hotel ini terletak di pinggiran pusat kota, sehingga pastinya lebih murah daripada hotel standar lainnya, tetapi berkat kedekatannya dengan metro, Anda dapat dengan mudah mencapai segalanya. Keuntungan tambahan adalah lift yang dioptimalkan dengan baik. Ke mana pun Anda ingin pergi, Anda tidak perlu menunggu lebih dari 10 detik untuk mendapatkan lift. Ini adalah wahyu yang sempurna! Saya sangat merekomendasikannya!

Kondisi kesehatannya sangat baik, setara dengan hotel bintang Lingkungan hotel asing dengan lingkungan yang bersih dan suasana yang menyenangkan. Lokasi kantor imigrasi terdekat membuatnya nyaman untuk keluar dan masuk, dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah yang dekat, serta parkir gratis. Pelayanan front desk juga sangat baik, ramah, dan efisien. Fasilitas kamar yang disediakan lengkap dan fungsional, dengan air panas yang kencang, serta tersedia stasiun kereta.

The hotel is in a good location, the subway exit 7 A is right outside the hotel. The room is spacious. The shower head has good pressure. Breakfast all dishes taste bland and have little flavor. All executive lounge and cafe area were closed throughout the entire stay. For a 5 star hotel, i would expect real green plants rather than fake plants in the lobby area. The lounge in the main lobby area is also closed, making it impossible to meet clients. Staff training needs improvement, and i often hear staff shouting at each other and complaining about break shifts, etc. The staff uniform is quite outdated and worn out, and needs to be updated. I used the hotel front office to call a taxi to the airport and told the staff we had a lot of luggage and ended up driving the worst car to the airport with no space for the bags. I think the staff knows the driver, we dont see such poorly maintained cars on the road in shanghai. Overall, not a great experience, i highly recommend the hotel management to train the staff, improve the quality of services, and also make the interior and functions friendly for business travelers.
