I would like to thank. Mr.Pedro Mr.Fabian Mss Milena Torres Ms katerina and the rest of the staff for making a pleasant stay at the hotel. Very nice location and near by shopping center's and local restaurants. It is only 15 minutes aways from the airport. Thank you for a wonderfull stay.

Arizona was a good choise in our trip. Location is the best, in the heart of Cucuta, you can go anywhere on foot. Room very confortable and clean. Staff very nice and helpfull. Breakfast was a hold experience, they served breakfast in a buffet with all tipical food of Norte de Santander region, just delicious!!

Friendly and competent staff. They provide a comfortable and safe environment. Our air conditioned room was spacious, equipped with flat screen with cable tv and spotlessly cleaned every morning. Excellent location. Our preferred hotel in Cucuta.

i contacted them and they were very friendly , offering many check in and check out options
one of the best is the late check out until 9 pm only for 25 000 pesos
that to today change is around 7 usd only

Excellent service, clean, friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located near Ventura Plaza and lots of local stores. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Cucuta.
The rate was very moderate. You will enjoy this hotel.
