Atlantis Plaza Hotel

i always stay in this hotel when i go to cucuta , nice clean and always smile and helpfull personel , its located in cucuta centro very close to alejandria mall , not recomended to walk around late at night since as in all downtown areas in all cities at night seems creepy and maybe it really is .

The employees were terrific from check-in until check-out. The hotel is a preety white building tucked in just off Calle 8 in the center of Cucuta. From the location you experience the life and people of Cucuta in a very sincere manner. My room was on the 3rd floor. It was clean and modest with desk and chair, refridgerator/mini-bar, cama matrimonial, flat-screen tv and wi-fi. It was very comfortable. The only problem I had was in controlling the water temperature for the shower - it was difficult to get the water exactly the temperature I prefer. There is a free breakfast on weekdays from 0630 till 0900 with bread, fruit, coffee and eggs and meats. The cook is very good and will make you the breakfast to your preferences. It enjoyed my time there and I will revisit this place in the future.

Ruhiges und sicheres Hotel mitten im geschäftigen Zentrum Cucuta´s - mit Pool im Innenhof und sauberen, simplen Zimmern. Service war gut, sehr hilfsbereit und das Mittagsmenü ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist eher simpel aber zweckmässig im Aussenbereich serviert.

Llegamos el día 25 alrededor de las 11 am la señora en recepción Erika muy educada y servicial llegamos a la habitación pequeña incómoda sin comodidades para el costo de 160.000 por noche en la hora de tarde noté que la nevera no funcionaba llame a recepción y me dice que en un momento ellos abrirían la nevera el detalle es que la nevera está abierta pero no enfriaba , baje y volví a poner la queja la muchacha sin nada de servicio al Cliente me dijo que la nevera solo funciona si vas a consumir los productos del hotel ! Yo me quede en shock le dije cómo la nevera está vacío compramos el agua ya que mi hermanita de 9 años tiene que hidratarse al igual que mi mamá y yo , total que ella envío alguien y lo de la nevera se arreglo . Estoy escribiendo desde el hotel ahora mismo por que está mañana desde que salimos a piscina ni siquiera papel higiénico hay en la habitación no toallas camas desarregladas habitacion sucia son las 2:00 de la tarde y me parece que no es justo más cuando somos 3 en una habitación que costo dinero para recibir servicio de buena calidad !! El desayuno regular las habitaciones incomodas el baño pequeño sin agua caliente no hay jabón nada de servicio la Piscina con mala ubicación no se puede llevar sol ! No recomiendo este hotel no es 3 estrellas y media no vale la pena pagar 160.000 mil pesos por servicio tan malo !!!

Un muy buen hotel. La atención es excelente. El desayuno perfecto. El aseo debe mejorar, no es malo, pero se evidencian detalles que pueden ser mejorados. Lo malo, el sector, definitivamente es de cuidado de noche. De día no hay novedad.
