I'm currently staying at one of the Chalets [# 3140], I have several core problems: 1. the main hall air conditioner doesn't work. Hotel promised to fix it, but failed, then promised again to fix it, but no technician came again! I'm astonished that a guest has to complain for the hotel administration to react: don't they know that the AC does NOT work? 2. One of the 2 room's ACs has been dripping loads of water - my family members are not enjoying water on the room's floor which can be slippery for our childern's 3. Mosquitoes: If i say more than 30 mosquitoes are found in 1 single room!! The insecticides are not efficient from the hotel pest control team - period. 4. Bad supervision: On the beach, supervisors are patrolling every now and then, and checking if someone is swimming during restricted periods (at night): I wonder why they were not checking the VERY NOISY guests who had a loud cassette with them with NOISY SONGS on the beach?! 5. Garden's chairs: missing! The chalet next to us has a full set; table with chairs 6. Toilet's cleanliness was not satisfactory 7. Missing shelves in the fridge 8. Lamps are all damaged and/or missing!

I love the hotel too much because i knew it from 2001, the rooms are very nice and wide, the bed are comfortable, bathroom is wide and clean, garden is very nice, price is great, pools are wide and clean, beach is one of the best in sokhna because of the sand, people are nice and keen to help, the problem is in the food, they need to take care and make it better specially the dessert, next time i hope  to taste a better food.

The hotel can be better, here is the positive and negative points: Sleep quality 7/10 : as the beds are not comfortable Room service 5/10 Reception 8/10 : Very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Ahmed sobhy and his team Food 2/10 : The food is very poor, no variety, there were insects all over the restaurant, the staff serving the food were not wearing any gloves which is totally not acceptable Beach 6/10 Staff 7/10 Pool 6/10: As the water were very cold for anyone and the pool bar is not working

Hotel room was dirty, hotel service was operated by insufficient number of staff due take long time for get any service, with big noisy by staff in lobby area. beach bar avalibale only during summary not in wainter.

Staff is very bad and unpolit, furniture is very poor, bathrooms smell is very bad and not clean, no variety of food. Not recommended at all. Poor resort and not as photos appear. Reception is not qualified to deal with guest
